The staff were so so friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a map and directions that made our trip special. They had infinite patience! The room was compact and very well designed, we loved the large shower head. The price and location was brilliant, such value for money. I would definitely come back and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Madrid on a budget.

Outstanding, easy to book, with clear instructions. Fast check in and out. No reservation costs. Very clean with all the amenities you will need while exploring the city and with a guarantee of a silent night! Perfect location for museums and superb public transport conextions.

Not the cheapest, but worth it for the location. Room was kind of small, but modern and clean. Staff is very nice, we got new towels everyday.

4/5 stars for a good & worthwhile hostel room with some relatively minor issues. The good: Pretty good place for the price and quite well situated in Atocha, Madrid. Supermarket and pharmacy within under 4 minutes and parking/pickup spot for e-bikes/e-scooters too. Relatively small but well thought-out room with all necessities and a decent comfortable bed. Clean, great service and check-in instructions sent in advance via both WhatsApp and email. Late check-in time accommodation was accepted and WhatsApp chat was available for support. Manned desk and phone line 9am to 5pm. The not so good: Sink took forever to take the water away/down even when it reached the second/top emergency hole… and, since it’s tiny, filled up super quickly for example just while washing my face. Very hot water available but, at least for me, it kept switching from hot to cold every say 30 seconds through all 3 showers I took.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed so far! Even though it is a small space you have everything you might think of. Very modern and cozy. The beds are spacious which is not common in Spain. I would give more stars if I could.

The room and bathroom were small but had all that's needed for a couple of nights in the city. They were clean and not noisy at all, and the place is very near the Atocha station and the main museums in Madrid. Even if the way in was well indicated and secure, I missed the "human touch" of a good receptionist.

A lovely room! Quiet and clean. One improvement would be the ability to run the bathroom fan with the light off. Other than that great!

Modern, clean, very practical for a very good price. Ideal for people travelling by train: 5 min. walk to Atocha Station. And close to Barrio Lavapies. Friendly staff, very efficient. I will book again for a future stay in Madrid.

The room we chose was good value for money. Very clean, has got everything you would need in a hotel room. Great location if you want to be close by the train station, it is close to the main park and is on a quiet street. If we’re coming back to Madrid to that area I would definitely stay again.

Clean. Small rooms and restrooms. Everything is automated. Good for a short stay.

A bit of a struggle to find as the pin in google maps was on the wrong side of the corner. Once we found it, it was super easy to do the out of hours check in. The instructions were very clear. Our room was small but still easy to maneuver around, the only warning I'd give is that if you are bigger than the width of the toilet seat you are going to struggle in the bathroom. The toilet was 1cm away from both the shower and the basin. Apart from that, it was a perfectly good room.

I stayed here during my business trip. Im travelling frequently but i would put here my top 5. Especially stuff is very cheerful. Rooms are so fresh and clean. Price/quality is more than satisfying.

I was here with my girlfriend for about a week, excellent attention, very friendly and welcoming staff, room was very small but price was about right for the place. Rooms aren't sound proof. Would recommend.

Fantastic location. So near Atocha. But note that it's more of a hostel. The private rooms are on the same floor as reception, so whenever someone checks in late, you can always hear the noise. The room was functional but on the small side. Staff was super friendly and awesome. My favourite was this girl, Emilia or Amelia.

What a perfect place to stay! Nice relaxing atmosphere, clean, friendly service, super comfy beds. Museum, park and the metro are within a 5 min walking distance so you can easily get around. Would happily revisit the place again.
