I had a reservation and the room was occupied until 2PM/14:00. Not cool. Plus, there is no elevator for your luggage, and the hostal is in the third floor. TL;DR: THIRD FLOOR + NO ELEVATOR = Horrible for people with luggage.

We are absolutely satisfied with our stay, yeah the rooms are a little bit tiny, but we were 3 people and we got everything we needed, also the location is more than perfect and the hosts were very helpful and kind!

Best location in the city. It's right in the heart of a retail/pedestrian area. Tons of shops /bars/restaurants at your doorstep yet the rooms are quiet. Daily room servicing. Jerry the housekeeper is very nice. I have a shared bath but have never seen whoever shares it with me so it feels private. Would stay here again. I'm just in my 1st week of 4. Check with me later.

Lovely room and bathroom - shower was excellent. The location was perfect being in the centre of all the shops but you couldn't hear any of the noise from the room! The owner was also extremely nice and made us feel very welcome.

Host/care taker is very polite, provides great overview of the city, the location itself cannot get any better, rooms are small but equipped and everything is to standard. There is an elevator to the hostal. Will stay here next time also.

Very nice hostel. Location is almost in the city centre (Puerta del Sol is only 5 minutes far by walk!), the personnel is nice and supporting, rooms are quite small but absolutely comfortable.

They are so friendly and the rooms are great! You'll hardly find a better place to stay for this price category, I can really recommend it!

It is a really nice and clean place. Wi-fi is working good. I recomend it for everybody!

It's hostal style, very central. No 4 star experience but then neither is the price. it does the trick.....
