Waited more than a week for a commercial replacement. Taken from the shop and returned the next day without having used it because unfortunately I realized that it wasn't the cause of the fault or maybe it's the spare part that doesn't work (they didn't even test it on me). However, I was categorically denied the return I requested! I didn't expect the money back but at least a shopping voucher. I have never found such punctual and precise management of every type of customer need from on-site/off-site repairs to made-to-order household appliances. They also have artisans who work at home in cases where it is not possible to resolve in the shop. The staff is numerous and at the top in terms of competence, professionalism and empathy: two excellent gentlemen and three fantastic girls who know firsthand the things they repair and sell.
