Great location. Super fast and good service. Great place to bring your kids and friends. Amazing food with lots of flavors. Juicy and crispy. Ordered SB sauce xxx spicy. Not too spicy. Great smell and flavors. This restaurant located very near the AMC theater and coffee shop, yogurt shop... good place walk around before and after meal!! They have the patio sitting. They have bar. I ordered fried calamari. It was amazing. It was thick but soft. The fried soft shell crab was good.

Had the shrimp basket and fries... not the greatest! Something about their shrimp sauces taste funky. The oinion rings were the best... wife loves their Cajun shrimp in a bag.

Outstanding. I heard alot about this place, and they didn't disappoint! I will say though, it is very expensive to eat everything you want. We spent 180 bucks for a couple lobsters, pound of shrimp, pound of king crab, a beer, and a calamari appetizer. They serve whole Maine lobsters! We got a claw in our king crab. Our server Mary was great. We got our food about 10 min after we ordered it, and they were packed on a Saturday (40min wait to get a table).

My first time here and I actually liked it. The service was very good. Mary waited on our table. She walked us thru the process and helped with our order and we enjoyed our dinner very much. But the wait time was pretty long 45 minutes to।an। hour. So we chose to sit outside (a little bit cold temp) to save the wait time. The price was very reasonable. I was expecting to pay more, but to our surprise, it was under $45 for 3 people. I definitely look forward to going back there soon.

My party consisted of a birthday boy and his buddies who all wanted seafood. I don't eat shellfish, so take my review in context. First, the bad. There are no seafood options for people who eat Kosher, so I had to order chicken strips. They were horrid. Dry AF and all breading. The sweet potato fries were a mixture of underdone and overdone and looked like they were cooked in a very dirty fryer. Totally disappointing. Now the good. The spicy potato fries were excellent. All of our party who had the seafood loved it. Our waitress was on top of her game, friendly, attentive, and awesome. The manager even refunded me for the SPF. Well done. So, the moral of the story? If you want a great big bag of biblically unclean food, you'll love it here. 😃

Do not waste your money! The food is not good! It is absolutely way too salty to eat. The king crab legs shells were like rubber! They would not crack to open. Instead they would bend completely in half in any direction without cracking so it was almost impossible to get the meat. The shrimp were harder then normal to peel. The oysters have zero taste and seafood boil with King crab legs, shrimp, boiled eggs, corn, sausage ect. was too salty and dry!!! The shrimp were not fresh! $200 wasted.

The food is somehow bland. I don't know how you manage to make Cajun food bland, but they managed it. The fried shrimp was way overcooked and the Cajun fries, despite having seasoning, tasted bland, like the seasoning was old or something. We had two hosts whose names I've forgotten. One was a younger waitress who was extremely kind to us and very attentive; but our other host, a man with very short blonde hair was rude from the start. Our family was visiting from outside the country and maybe he was assuming that he could make sarcastic comments because we wouldn't understand, but we do and you better check yourself. His attitude didn't make the bland food taste any better. You better make sure to teach some of your hosts respect for people that don't look like them.

This is a fun place to eat. First time trying it. I like the sauce we got it spicy. I like the set up. Everyone here seems to be enjoying their food and experience. I would recommend. The only thing I didn’t like was the shrimp was not deveined. But I also think it’s unrealistic because there just so much shrimp being sold. But I would come back again

It was our first time visiting this place, and it was one of the worst experiences especially after spending 230$ +19$ tips, for ordering 2 pounds of shrimps,1 crab and a lobster. We told the server it was our 1st time and if she could help us in placing a normal food order, the prices are not on the menu,it’s written “price of the market” !! The server tild us the crab pound was 36 $ and didn’t even tell us that the one they brought was 2.5 pound and it would cost us around 83 $,and the taste was so weird nothing worth the price,so if you’re planning to visit this place just think twice.

I will definitely come back to this location, luckily we went when it was barely busy and we got called within 10 minutes due to us getting the first seat available outside or inside. All of the servers were very attentive when it came to refills, giving you condiments, and also let us know when was last call. The food came out at a decent time. I went with my usual but we tried the crawfish for the first time and I wouldn't get it again due to it not having enough meat.

Used to be good, now on the low. Servers seem to be expecting tip rather than first providing a nice experience. I ordered the Cajun shrimp in a bag, sauce is so watery and salty now. I gave them my last chance, bye bye Cajun Crab Burbank. I will not wait 1.5 hours again for this.

I'll admit the price of this chain is decently expensive, but all around reasonable for seafood and the service and food quality made it well worth it. My partner and I went earlier this week and the dungeoness crab was $35/lb, we were served 2.2lbs which made the single crab about $70, but my partner loved it and the marinades are very good. Will come back next time we have something to celebrate.

I like the other locations of this franchise. The food is good but there wasn't enough sauce in the bag. Mine was barely enough to re-dip the seafood after taking out of its shells. They kept getting our order wrong, they had to keep replacing it, it was ridiculous. My friends and I were not satisfied with this location and I spent $150+ tip. The waitress was friendly kept apologizing. It really was a busy day and kitchen was just messing up our orders.
