I've
never
written
a
review
before,
but
I
can't
let
other
people
rent
from
this
apartment
complex
without
them
hearing
my
story
first
Worst
Management
Company
EVER.
RUN
AWAY!
Please
do
yourself
a
favor
and
find
a
different
apartment
complex.
The
buildings
are
old
and
are
constantly
being
repaired.
My
wife
and
I
have
been
out
of
our
apartment
going
on
three
weeks
now
because
a
pipe
in
our
neighbors
unit
broke
and
caused
our
unit
to
flood
(obviously
not
the
company's
fault/but
is
a
problem
with
the
property).
They
had
to
rip
out
ALL
of
our
floors
and
at
least
two
feet
of
drywall.
Again,
not
their
fault,
but
does
tell
you
the
state
of
the
complex.
What
happened
from
there
is
their
fault.
There
is
a
sign
on
the
mailboxes
that
list
Jodi
Stancampiano
with
the
corporate
office
as
the
top
person
to
call
if
your
problems
aren't
addressed.
Don't
bother.
She
doesn't
call
back
in
a
timely
manner
(2
weeks
for
me).
Eddie
(on
site
manager)
tries
hard
but
there's
too
many
problems
for
him
to
get
back
to
you
with
detailed/accurate
responses.
They
also
changed
our
locks
without
telling
us
(they
did
the
same
to
the
other
displaced
tenants).
Oh,
forgot
to
mention,
this
is
the
second
time
in
about
two
months
our
apartment
has
flooded
(from
no
fault
of
our
own)
and
we've
been
forced
to
uproot
our
lives
for
2+weeks.
We
aren't
the
only
ones
either.
This
has
been
happening
at
several
units
around
the
complex.
Days
go
by
with
no
work
done
at
our
unit.
First
time
it
happened,
they
put
us
up
in
a
temporary
furnished
unit
in
the
complex
and
reduced
our
rent
for
the
days
we
were
out
of
our
apartment.
We
thought
that
was
pretty
fair.
This
time
though...
all
the
temporary
furnished
units
are
full
(because
of
other
apartments
experiencing
the
same
or
similar
issues)
and
we
had
to
be
put
up
in
a
hotel.
Well
it's
not
much
fun
living
2+
weeks
in
a
hotel.
Our
commute
is
longer,
we
don't
have
access
to
most
of
our
belongings,
some
of
our
belongings
have
been
broken
or
left
outside,
our
belongings
have
been
coated
in
dust,
etc...
on
top
of
that,
they
decided
not
to
reduce
our
rent
this
time.
So
we're
paying
$2,000/month
to
stay
in
a
hotel.
If
you
want
any
more
information,
post
a
comment
and
I'll
be
happy
respond
or
give
you
my
contact
info.
UPDATE
11/3/15:
The
Management
Company
is
at
it
again.
There
is
substantial
tree
trimming
going
on
at
the
complex
(not
a
problem).
We
were
told
some
trees
in
residents
yards
would
need
to
be
removed
(not
a
problem),
but
that
we
would
be
informed
prior
to
any
work
would
be
done
in
our
yard
(there
is
an
extremely
large
tree
(50+
feet
tall,
several
feet
around)
in
my
yard).
My
wife
came
home
yesterday
to
find
our
dog
visibly
distressed/urinated
on
himself.
She
then
saw
that
most
of
the
tree
had
been
cut
down
with
a
substantial
amount
of
limbs/sawdust
left
throughout
our
yard
(we
were
never
notified
that
work
would
be
done).
If
we
had
been
told
that
tree
removal
was
scheduled
in
our
yard,
we
would
have
boarded
our
dog
for
the
day.
When
I
asked
Jodi
(from
the
Management
Company)
why
workers
entered
our
space
without
our
consent
or
notice
(as
required
in
our
Lease
and
as
promised)
she
claimed
that
no
tree
trimming/removal
occurred
yesterday,
despite
the
fact
that
I
had
just
told
her
the
tree
had
been
removed.
I
am
trying
to
get
a
confirmation
of
when
the
yard
will
be
cleaned
up,
but
so
far,
they
aren't
responding.
I
will
have
to
board
my
dog
each
day
until
it
cleaned.
There
is
no
accountability
or
respect
by
management
of
the
Tenant's
concerns.
Will
update
when
they
clear
the
yard.
