I am very picky when it comes to anyone doing anything on my face. I made sure I did my research on Refined Beauty Waxing before going and saw that Sandy had great reviews. Upon giving it a try I couldn't be happier with how my brows came out every time I did waxing plus tinting. I was so amazed by Sandy's work and how amazing my eyebrows looked every time that I finally decided to do permanent make up! I booked an appointment to do Powder Brows and I LOVE my results! Please keep in mind the appointment takes about 3hrs. But, Sandy makes you feel super comfortable all along the way. She makes sure you are aware of what is happening the whole time. And once she sketches out the brow shape she let's you make any modifications to your brows if you feel like it needs any tweeking. For those of you who are first timers to getting a tattoo (just like I was) the pain is very low especially after she uses numbing cream. So don't be scared. I highly recommend doing powder brows with Sandy! She's the best!

My experience at Refined Beauty was amazing. I have known the owner for years. She has such gentle hands and is very patient. I appreciated Sandy when she was able to accommodate my last-minute request for service before going on vacation. She was very kind, explained the process very clearly and gave me some tips during the treatment. While she was waxing my legs, Sandy noticed I was cold. She immediately placed my cardigan over without being asked. I have never done any treatment of my brows aside from waxing. This time, I decided to be adventurous and asked for light eyebrow tinting. Despite my vague ask, Sandy was able to deliver extraordinary workmanship on my natural oddly shaped brows. This explains why in more reviews she is called "The Eyebrow Queen". I highly recommend her. She is amazing.

At Refined Beauty I am always comfortable and feel very safe and well taken care of. Sandy helps me maintain smooth skin and I always enjoy our conversation as well. She's so sweet and caring. I never have an negative reactions to her gentle products. Some servicew can make you feel quite vulnerably exposed (intimate waxing) and Sandy has always been extremely professional and makes me feel very safe and secure in those sessions. Highly recommend everyone goes to see her for their waxing and brow needs.
