Edwin is the absolute best, he is so attentive and polite, I was overjoyed by his service. The manager Adam is also great, he is kind and does what he could to make guests feel at home. Two thumbs up for the service, the meal as well did not disappoint!

Food was Ok. Not a hearty serving. Service was great. Courteous & attentive staff. No waiting in line. Assisted to sit right away. Ample parking.

Stopped by here for lunch on father's day. It wasn't busy and we dined inside. The staff was quick and friendly.we had the sampler platter with loaded potato's, mozarella sticks, and buffalo boneless wings. The main meal was a New York strip steak medium rare with creamy mashed potatoes and toasted broccoli with lemon. The sampler had four of each item which means you'll need two if you have a group of 5+ I didn't get anything from the bar but they were relatively busy and seemed to be quite popular.

The restaurant is at a nice site...no problem with finding it...Parking space, same as other locations(you're lucky if you find one in less than 5 mns of driving around)... The entrance was clean. Welcoming very cold and I hate fake smiles from the hostess and the manager in any restaurant. Waiting time to be seated, seemed fair(20 mns) A force smile from the hostess that took us to our seats. Cleanliness of the table can be better(it felt sticky)... only 2 sets of utensils were given to us and we were a party of 4 (I had to asked for 2 more after our food arrived)... Waiting time for the waitresses to approach us about 12 mns ( Place was not packed there were a couple of empty tables)... Waiting time for our drinks to arrived another 15 mns. As the waitress brought our drinks she only provided only one straw for 4 drinks and left right away we had to wait about 5 more mns for her to pass by to let her know we were ready to order and we need it more straws... we finished our first set of drinks and food still not arrived after 25 mns...when food finally arrived no apology for the time taken, she did not asked if we need a refill in our drinks either....my husband had to call her back as she was leaving towards another table and asked for te rest of utensils...Food texture, flavor and quantity nothing out of the ordinary, same thing with the drinks(lacking flavor)...place was very loud if you are looking for a cozy place to talk and have a nice calm evening this is not the place. Place is to pricey for the amount of food you get and the service and atmosphere.... Do I recommend this place if you are looking for average experience and you have all the time in the world to wait for your food and service plus fake smiles? Most definitely yes. As for us the experience here (for a second time) was lower than average. I'll be way happier at Home Restaurant in Hollywood now that is a great place and experience.

Fast service, great for a quick lunch, came here on my lunch break and was able to sit, order, eat, and pay in time to be back for work. Food was tasty for a chain restaurant. Good selection of sports games to watch. Staff was friendly, tons of seating inside and on patio, menu has a ton of options.

Everything went well. When I visited it was slow so service experience was easy to experience. Our waitress Sonia was over all on point with providing customer service. Food tastes good. Although random treat to go to definitely would recommend going.

TGI Fridays in Southgate is our favorite place to lunch. The atmosphere is pretty casual. It’s a great place for family dinners, birthday celebrations, watching a game, and happy hour hangouts. Outdoor seating is available. Accessibility for parking and seating was not an issue for a wheelchair. The service is impeccable. It is the top reason I travel way across town for lunch. Everyone is friendly and attentive. The dining experience is never rushed. Hospitality at its finest. Let’s talk food. It is consistently delicious. I have eaten all over the menu and never been disappointed…The whiskey glazed ribs are my favorite. Fall off the bone juiciness, slathered in a sweet, salty, spicy, smoky bbq sauce. The seasoned fries were really good dipped in the whiskey sauce. My daughter had buffalo chicken tenders bathed in Frank’s hot sauce, perched atop a New England roll, with a tiny dollop of coleslaw. She inhaled them. The Big Friday Margarita is my go-to drink…So, so good. I always have two. My daughter likes the strawberry lemonade. It is sweet, tart and slushy. She usually guzzles two. I’m usually stuffed by the end and have coffee for dessert. My daughter is making her way down the dessert menu. Today she had Caramel Pecan Cheesecake with a small scoop of ice cream. The girl is still talking about how good it was. It also goes without saying that Friday’s has great specials. We enjoy this restaurant. I hope you give it a try.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. We sat for 20 min with waiters taking order from tables all around us. After Front desk was advised they ignored our request for a server. We had 2 children with us. I asked a server in next table if she could take our order and she refused and told me she would look for my server. We spoke to the manager and he was respectful and apologized for his staff , he offered discount but we refused due to poor service.

They song 🎵 happy Birthday 🎉 twice cause my friend went to the restroom 🚻 and she ask them to do it again and they did with more staff. Truly appreciate them all.

What happened to TGIF? They are now in the bottom tier along with Applebee's and Chili's. Before, they had a great Jack Daniel's whiskey glaze chicken, now...blah. 2 visits ago, I had the bucket of bones, which was awesome. 2nd time around, it was not so great. Today I opted out for the whiskey glaze blaze wings. It was super dry, and the wings were tiny, about the size of my pinky finger. Kinda like the wings you get from Dominos or Pizza Hut. Sorry Friday's, I am not coming back unless it was a happy hour function for work. Pic has been added for wings size comparison.

Good spot, we that glazed burger, some ribs, fries, and a few brews, we used to come by literary every week but they ended happy hour and half price appetizers, now we visit every other month tops. Sad.

My ribs were not soft and fall off the bone. And they forgot the chicken in my daughter's cajun chicken pasta ( no worries , she got a new plate) great customer service. Definitely coming back

Great appetizers and prices on drinks.. definitely coming back and bringing my friends.. Leo the manager is very attentive as to what’s happening and needed .. he’s bilingual and able to communicate with multiple customers without hesitation.. bartenders are very attentive as well.. love this place.

Food is always good, but the waiter last night was on a sick one. He charged 3 items that weren't mine. I ordered 1 order of fries, and he brought me 3 near the end of our meal. So if your waiter seems off, review your bill.

The staff is very friendly and special orders are not a problem. I recommend the Chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I also love the bacon cheese burger. I usually get it as a lettuce wrap, but the brioche bun is amazingly delicious and I indulged and had it today. Bucket of bones is 8 wings and a half a slab of ribs with a side. Messy but quite delicious. I would recommend sitting at the bar , sports is always on. You don't have to drink booze to enjoy good service and great eats! I go every Thursday for lunch. Great place.... Enjoy

I bought this family dinner on New Year's Eve, I did an online order at 4pm for me to pick up at 6pm. We got there a bit past 6 and it was total chaos. I understand things get hectic during holidays because I worked fast food myself, but this was bad. It seemed like they were prioritizing other orders first and I noticed that my order had been sitting there after I had asked twice about it. The salad was just enough for 2 people and they gave me 2 really small cups of dressing, the Mac and cheese cups were only filled half ways each and the mash potatoes were so dry and didn't have any gravy to go with them. The only good thing was the chicken and ribs. It was supposed to be a dinner for 4 people and it wasn't enough.

Arrived and was seated promptly. Received our food under 15mins. It was delicious. Big servings. Great atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible service we ever receive!!! Over an hour wait for our food ! Horrible customer service ! Honestly just horrible. We ended taking it to go . Didn’t get our food correct. Missing fries on our order. Paid $70 dollars to just get our food wrong. And paid $22 dollar for a pasta with no shrimp

Staff seem extremely stressed. Kept on being told no for trying to change a side dish, trying to choose different flavor wings and other stuff. Not sure if this is normal since this is my first time here. But usually in other establishments a simple request like this is done. But again. First time here and probably the last. Took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks and another 30 or 40 to get our food. Anyone that wants to come here, my suggestion would be to try chillies or a non alcoholic dennys. Similar foods, more costumer friendly and better speed of service. Food was meh.
