The jalapeño egg burger was amazing and so was the jasmine tea. Great flavor and beautiful presentation. I gave 4 out of 5 starts for 2 reasons. 1. I ordered truffle fries and they brought out the regular fries. The solution to our server was just to bring me the Parmesan Cheese on the side. 2. The server was super slow and it felt under staffed for lunch time.

I enjoyed the food and service. Very spacious and great view. Family friendly! They also have happy hour daily from 4-6pm. I like their local beer options: if you like a good ale, try their Los Angeles Aleworks or for a wheat taste, try Hangar 24. For cocktails, we tried the “Wild one” which has aloe. Spinach and artichoke dip was creamy with fresh chips. There “Fresno fig” burger was very flavorful with fig and goat cheese. I would recommend!

Best kept secret! Stopped here before going to a concert in Inglewood, food was absolutely spot on! Salmon salad was perfect, truffle fries out of this world and the cake…the bourbon cake is a must try. Only complaint, the margaritas we ordered were tiny and mostly ice.

My co-workers and I celebrated one of our co worker who’s retiring soon. Great place. Great food. We ate on the patio, nice cool open space. The restaurant was not crowded at all. I guess because it was on a Tuesday. Which was nice, we got to spread out and really enjoy the. ambience.

Me and the misses decided to try a different place for date night; something local for a change and stopped by Eureka! The staff was friendly and attentive. Food and drinks took a little long to come to our table, but then again it was a very busy night. The food was delicious and the drinks favorable. Definitely will come back to check this spot out, only this time not on a Friday night lol

We have visited Eureka in the northern California area and in comparison, this place is much smaller with a very different decor and atmosphere. Its a welcoming place with warm furniture and decent seating inside and outdoor patio. The outdoor seating is cold even and heaters were not provided or were not turned on. We were seated inside and the host was very helpful in getting us a clean table quickly. The server was a very jolly guy and wore a big smile. The drinks were average, the margarita from Happy hour menu was below average and old fashioned lacked much alcohol but was decent for the price. The grilled Chicken sandwiches were lovely and better than fried chicken sandwiches. Overall a good grill place to visit if you are in the neighborhood of SoFi stadium or Hollywood park.

I hope the manager reads this and appreciates genuine guest feedback: Service: We came here during football NFC and AFC football championships. The games are not played simultaneously so the fact that they didn't have the right live game on TV was weird especially when everyone there was in full NFL gear. I know the place is not a sports bar but you should embrace whatever brings people through the door. Especially when one of the games is being played 3 miles away. At every moment when someone told them to change the channel they all seemed bothered especially the blonde waitress with blue highlights. We heard her mumbling "I don't go to other people's jobs and yell" guests are just trying to have a good time. Food: the fries were salty beyond enjoyment, served without ketchup. The Mac & cheese balls were amazing really delicious 😋 we also had the wedge salad really good. The drinks were great as well unfortunately the service need improvement. People will forget everything but they will remember how you made them feel.

On our way to LAX and didn’t want airport food. Strangely we found this place at the smaller Hawthorn airport 10 minutes away from LAX. We had drinks, both with unique flavors and not short on alcohol. An extra plus to the meal. We ordered the Jalapeño egg burger and the Fig Marmalade burger. Cut in half and we team eat. Both packed with flavor as we both enjoyed. Choice of sides so we got the fries (on point) and the Mac n cheese balls. Another unique spin on things that tasted great. Overall service was as good as the food. We will be back if our next flight allows.

Love this place. Excellent chicken tenders, hubby's fish and chips were excellent, sons jalapeño egg burger was a hit. The Brussels sprouts are crazy good! A perfect place to stop for a meal before heading to LAX.

I had a terrible experience. I specifically asked for Well Done and they gave me the COMPLETE opposite. The meat was not cooked and it hurt my stomach really bad. The meal was 16$. (NOT CHEAP). Never again. Over priced for nothing.

Cool spot with indoor and outdoor seating areas. TVs inside and around the bar. Views of the plane runways are unique to this place. Staff was friendly and genuine. Got the burger with bone marrow and it was delicious!

Seated fast. The waitress was phenomenal and funny. Food was as fresh as always. I recommend the parm truffle butter fries , deep fried Mac & Cheese Balls and last but not least smoked bourbon dry rub wings. Set it off with the black Charcoal Lemonade 🔥🔥🔥🔥. It's our favorite go to spot when we come to Hawthorne. A forever customer

This place is really good if your near the airport or work at the airport. Indoor or outdoor dining with a bar inside. This spicy chicken sandwich was really good, fries are good as well, seasoned with garlic.

Burgers were fresh and so tasty. Fish tacos tasted well however something was missing, maybe they need to add a white sauce. Oh and the blackberry smash drink was delicious

Amazing drinks and meal. Everybody was happy. We started with the Brussels sprouts I should have ordered two! Just wonderful. French fries were next, perfectly cooked, out of this world cheese sauce and of course truffle oil before the win. The wings were fantastic. Pick two flavors Great to share. I can't wait to go back!!

Definitely... met my expectations, and then some. Just had finished a blood donation and needed a refuel. Escorted in, seated almost immediately, and served by Karen. (The kool and nice one. She was amazing. Conscientious. Hospitable. Spanish. Awesome. Impressive. Probably gave new meaning to the name Karen to be honest haha *even searched up that name actually😅*) Food is up to par and then some. I was fortunate enough to try the Bison and Fresno Fig burgers. The Bison has to be one of the better burgers I've ever had. The Fresno Fig... it's only if you have that taste. Goat cheese is not for everyone, definitely had a finer taste to it. Not for everyone, but delectable and scrumptious in my books. Sides. Macaroni and cheese balls, standard, can't go wrong, delicious. Sweet Potatoe Fries though... on another level. Must try if you like sweet potato fries. I would have never thought of adding cinnamon and honey. Compliments to the chef. Truffle corn brought me back to my grandma's hometown in Puebla, quaint. Rounded it off with the Lava Cake, definitely gourmet, rich and decadent, but not overpowering. It will definitely take you somewhere else though if you know what I mean. The atmosphere is cool and laid back. There's a patio, which is nice. Or you can chill inside and have like, dinner and a show watching jets fly. If you're traveling through, definitely, definitely, a stop by. (P.S. had a torta right before getting here, so... it's not like I was hungry or anything when we arrived. I just stopped by for my buds. I guess I had a bigger appetite than I thought though 😁)

This review is long overdue. My family and I stopped in on a Sunday Morning in October before heading over to SoFi for the Raiders v Chargers game. It was a great idea to grab some food and drinks before hand. Our bartender was great and so much fun to talk to, I felt like talking to one of my cousins. There were other football fans there pregaming so the vibe was really good, everyone was chill and friendly. All the guys in my family got burgers which they all liked. I chose the fish tacos and I thought they were really tasty. This eureka is in a cool location because it’s at the Hawthorn Airport. There is plenty of parking and you’re close enough to SoFi to get there quickly but far enough away to avoid crowds. Will definitely go back before a game when I’m in the area.

•Service To begin, the hostess was not even aware of what they served (I asked for mimosas and she said “uhh I don’t know”I’m not really sure why they only only had one server on the floor, she seemed overworked (not fair to her). Over all, when we asked for something she was very kind and quick. •food I never expect much from bar food. This food was very unflavored and I had to ask for many salt and pepper to be at the table. Definitely OVERPRICED. •price $7 a mimosa ? No thanks. The food was not good enough for the price. Maybe if you’re drunk enough?

The burger I chose was the 28 days dry-aged bone marrow which covers the paty of carrot only fed beef. One of the very best burger experience I had so far. The service was literally outstanding and the beer selection as well. The place has a huge glass wall where private planes are being prepared (I suppose) so it gives kind of nice aero like experience. I came back next day: had the bison burger. Wow... Few times I can say that this is one of the best I had across the country and abroad. I tell you, just go, try it and be a fan.

My favorite bar / restraunt to attend. The firecracker wings plus the truffle fries are my go to and they never disappoint.

Delicious food served here, especially their burgers, where there's a great variety on offer. Plenty of seating for both small and large groups. Friendly service though we had to fetch our cutlery. Great location right next to the runway of this small airport.

When I want a great burger I always go to Eureka. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and it’s all delicious. My favorites are the fig burger and the poblano burger. If you like sweet potato fries these are worth the extra charge. Crispy but soft in the middle and full of flavor. Great beer list with a rotating tap. There is something for everyone. Service is always pleasant and I’ve never felt rushed. This is a good place to meet friends or go with a group.

This place is simply one of the best places to wine and dine in. The atmosphere is calm, cool, and very laid back. My favorite drink is the WILD CHILD, I'm telling you all that this refreshing beverage is a must try.. I definitely recommend this eatery for all to enjoy.... The days of the week have literally it's own menu called the Whiskey Club... Come check them out...

Cute little restaurant & bar right on the airport landing strip. Windows inside and effective sound barrier widow outside allow you to watch planes landing as you eat. The food is okay, nothing fancy. Many people land their personal planes and walk from the private airport to this small restaurant for a meal. Our kids loved to watch the planes land and take off.

That is a mighty tasty burger. Jalapeno egg Burger with the Bison patty! And the mac and cheese balls they had a hint of spicy and were cheesy! The Butterscotch pudding is damn flavorful with a great after taste. The Bartenders were also making fabulous drinks I just wasn't drinking. I'm gonna have to come back

This is probably the last time I come in here. It’s unfortunate because the food is good for the style of food it is. Unfortunately the service is considerably worse every time. I had a bar tender that didn’t even greet me yet again for a third time in a row. I waited 15 minutes for a menu (again). The girl didn’t even get me one after I asked for one. I had to ask the male bartender. He turned out to be attentive and great but he wasn’t there in the beginning (not his fault). Last time I waited also just above 15 minutes to be greeted and wasn’t even greeted with a smile. It’s like everyone that works here (except for current male bartender) treats this as doing chores at home for their parents. I’m tired of going here and getting the same lazy unfriendly unaware service. I know they get hit during happy hour and early dinner rush but that’s no reason to wait 20 minutes for a side of spicy ginger green beans which is the only thing I ordered and they came flavorful however so overly salted that they were inedible. The last time I ordered from them to go they forgot the bacon on the burger and the side I ordered and the to go dressing for the side salad. Unfortunately I will not be coming here or recommending this place for business meetings any longer. I am very tired of their lacksidaisicjle service and poor follow through. I used to think this was one of the best restaurants in Hawthorne which has slim pickings anyways.
