The burger was juicy and seemed like good quality beef. So, good taste. But lacked seasoning. Obviously salt. But seemed like not even pepper was added. The fries were god awful. All oil, no potato. See for yourself. They taste how they look.

Good burger 😍💯..... But definitely not good enough to put up with horrible customer service for 16 years I've been coming to this place food was always on point but I will say the staff have always needed more training on being professional and organized. While I was waiting and being rudely ignored I got a chance to look inside that kitchen it's dirty clean it up and for that reason I won't be back take care of your business and your business should take care of you.

Tacos are fire love this spot when I'm in the area call ahead the wait is long but the food is made fresh to order so it's ok if you're not in a rush.

This place has gone down hill with gasoline tires. Owners are not responsible for their business not like before Covid- I was charged for food I didn't receive and no one has contacted me back for my online order that Iwas charged fòr? Wow Really you just stole my money!!!!!!- because when I got ther for the 2nd time they don't have the ingredients to make the tacos 🤥!!¡ and the quality of the burgers we had to order were dry, and sloppy made!

My God, this place is amazing. I've never seen anything as good as a steak from here. Always the first place I visit when in LA with Good quality meat. The lines are often long, but they're Outlet real fast, so don't be intimidated. I love this place.

I miss my Mama's house Burgers, , Than came B&R Burgers , God sent ) Directed me to such a beautiful place. A well made Burger came through . 😝

We called in and they said 20 minutes, we got there they said some more minutes because your order is not ready. We we did get our order the fries ARE COLD AF and they just threw some Cajun seasoning on it. Now I pray my burger is not COLD

don’t think this is worth the money and I was uncomfortable with there was no price on the website for the featured item. When I picked up my order the young man referred to my receipt asking if the preparer put the onions on, and once it was fixed and I saw him crumble the receipt, but it looked like he placed it in my bag. When I got home and discovered it was missing and I was disappointed at the difference in value for the price I added all the items to try to determine what the item should cost and I got$3.99 for chili cheese fries $1.39 for the pastrami and 1.49 for turkey chili (for good measure) and I got $6.87 plus tax $7 and some change not $9 and whatever the change is. I was disturbed at the discrepancy and I’m on the fence about continuing business with them.

I asked for no cheese on my burger and guess what?, I got cheese. The fries were soggy as hell and taste like old grease. Not the same as it used to be!!!

My husband and I ordered the B&R Burger. It was a 1/3lbs. hamburger that was so delicious! This was our first time going but won’t be the last! Yummy!

Feedback: On 10/21/23 at 7:56:20 PM, I purchased a turkey burger & cajun fries. Great value; great taste! However, the entrance/exit doorway is disgustedly filthy... it diminished my desire to return. When I mentioned this filthy condition to the female Spanish/English interpreter at the counter, she agreed and was indifferent to my complaint. Suggestion: Have an employee scrub the area or hire a steam cleaning company to do the job. The filthy entrance is not a healthy look for this Black-owned restaurant!!

I had the B&R burger with bacon and cheese and fries. The burger was thick and pretty damn juicy. Iwould give the burger a solid 8.5. The fries are cut on site. They were perfectly done. They are definitely a step above your typical fries. Also a solid 8.5. It has the feel of a meal slightly above your average but not quite a gourmet. Order online before you get there if you are in a hurry.

A must stop every time I'm in town. I would actually make the drive from AZ just for their double king with pastrami. Are they the best burger joint in town? Yes. Should they consider opening up shop in AZ? Also yes

I'm disappointed with the Turkey burger special. The burger is getting smaller & the prices are higher. This burger used to be huge. I would need two hands to hold it. I know it's not a double or king burger, but this looks like a junior burger for the amount of money I paid, I expect the portion to be worth it. My 7 yr could finish this.

Ambiance: Carry out vibes for sure, not much to the eye, just a counter and space to wait. There are no seats for dining in, so you can't eat there. Service: I've been a couple of times, and it's really a grab bag of personalities there, sometimes they're really patient, other times not so much. Overall, I've never had a terrible experience. Food: Again, I've been a few times... I've loved it the first few times, but now it's just ok. I usually get the same thing... burger/fries/turkey tacos. They used to be my favorite. Now, I only get them when I'm that way. Decent prices for a decent meal. It's reliable, at the very least. Parking is tight, and the lots are not that big, so be prepared to maneuver.

The prices are kinda high for 1 single burger. Who wants to pay for a 14.00 burgers. That's 3 times the cost from Mc Donald's or Jack in the box. L&L Hawaiian barbecue restaurant is the cheapest

What a waste of my money did not get my money worths I asked for chili cheese fries instead I got some fries that taste bland no flavor and I got chili sauce also pastrami was not good did not get enough pastrami inside my sandwich definitely will not return anymore

You can put this at the top of neighborhood burger spots around the city. Nicely seasoned king cheese burger, without being too salty. Fries were on point fresh cut and cooked well, not soggy . Location is fine there is only a counter to order, so don't look for this to be the Ritz Carlton .

The Turkey Burger is great. The hardest part is the service. You might get the employee that doesn't care about your order.

Hadn't been here in many years it's great to know the food is still delicious and freshly made to order (just be prepared to wait for a little while)

I'm not sure if they sold the business to someone else but the food has not been the same. Meat was salty with my tacos & hamburger was over cooked.

Good food just to cheap and you dont get enough.... lole when I got the pastrami, barely had any meat and it was all toasted as heck bun.

Best homemade burgers in town! Also, best turkey burgers, and even salmon burgers. They know how to do it at b&r's!!
