    I have nothing but good things to say about Huntington Park advanced imaging. Very efficient office. Once they received the referral from my primary care physician they sent me a text message inviting me to schedule my appointment online. The process was quick and easy. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by a warm friendly receptionist who quickly checked me in and within 10 minutes I was in the procedure room for the ultrasound. The technician who performed the procedure was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you HP advanced imaging team! 👍

    Here in this facility is nice & clean. Best of all the receptionist nurses are well behaved & cooperative. Also the technicians are very nice & gentle. I will recommend all my friends & family to obtain their medical needs at this facility. Thanks & good luck.

    My experience was great. Appointment right on time. Iris was great working front desk then doing the imaging. Give her a raise five dollars more an hour

    Unfriendly. Went in for an ultrasound today. No smiles. 5 people behind the front desk, 3 playing with their cellphones The tech didn’t even introduce herself. When leaving, I said “goodbye” and “thank you” as I passed the front desk. No one said anything.

    I went in Saturday morning to get an MRI for my left knee. The young lady in the front office was very friendly and respectful. The young man who’s in charge of the MRI was very professional, respectful and very thorough, it was very nice of him at the end of explaining the procedure not only he’d given me the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns I’d made had but was very kind and seemed to care for my well-being. Nevertheless, the office was very clean and restroom a plus… Thank you Huntington Park Advanced Imaging for making me feel welcomed and for being a part of my wellness. I’d like to take the opportunity for the office manager/supervisor to acknowledge in good standing and most of all excellent patient care that his /her staff personnel that worked on this Saturday morning 05.13.23 did a awesome job! Definitely recommend this office ! 🤗 Thank you again!

    The facility and staff were nice. I loved the facility had complete handicap access. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. My Dad is fully wheelchair bound and this was the best office visit that we have ever had!!!!

    I took my 9 year old for an MRI. Jose was the technician that assisted her and he provided us an excellent service. My daughter has an anxiety disorder, he was very kind and patiently explained my daughter every question she had. He did his best to make her feel comfortable. Very professional and kind person with children.

    Bad service the front desk came late, my apoinment was at 7:30 and lady came at 7:35 I lost my other apoinment because they never give advice that I post to be in amother building, lost my work day and thanks to they I have to lost another work day

    The admissions staff was very kind and was quick to answer questions and ease my nerves. The tech who performed the ultrasound (Susana?, I’m afraid I don’t remember her name) was also very kind and performed the procedure gently while being thorough. I’m so grateful they got me in the following day as time is of the essence. I’m very pleased with everyone and how they handle their patients. Thank you!

    Front desk was polite and checked me in quickly, I was called in pretty fast too. Technicians were also polite and accommodating. It's an uncomfortable procedure but they made it quick and easy. Parking is tough to find but I went around 1pm and found parking with no issues.

    I love this place. Yesterday I went there for my medical test I was late around 10 minutes but they allowed me to do that test. The lady examiner was amazing with her polite behavior also the front lady cooperating with my paper work. All of my experience is good.

    The Saturn location is great! Staff so nice and SUPER helpful the one down the street (2679 Zoe Ave) I personally felt one member of the staff was on the rude side, her name was Monica. Maybe she’s just having a bad day? Nonetheless, I was kind and patient but she could have communicated better and not been as rude after a mixup that wasn’t caused by us. The techs were really nice! I prayed for Monica. I really hope her day gets better & she can be more pleasant to other sick people coming into the office. If I had a choice I wouldn’t go back to that location.

    The staff at the facility was really helpful, they were able to get both of my MRIs done in one visit despite me being late. Very friendly staff and made me feel comfortable during the process. Definitely would recommend for an MRI.

    Totally no empathy from the staff Drove for 1and 1/2 hour I was 12 minutes late I explained the front desk that I had call to let them know I was running late and that no one answers the phone she didn’t apologize and on top. She told that I need to walk one more block to 2677 when they had send me a message the day before confirming that my appointment was at 2680 Saturn. When I got to that location to found 4 of the stuff chatting and they could not answer the phone when I call to let them know I was running late due to the traffic.

    I was sent here through referral from my OB! I arrived 20 mins early concerned that I left my insurance card but since I uploaded it on the pre-registration site I didn't need it at the office. Wait time was only 10 mins after my appointment so definitely 5 star service to me. Front receptionist was friendly and attentive to my concern and the techs were absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely comfortable during my ultrasound. Only down side is no parking lot and it was street sweeping so i had to park 2 blocks away other than that experience as great. Would go back and would recommended!!

    Came in for an ultrasound and was in and out in about 30 minutes! Super quick and clean office. My nurse was great. She made me feel comfortable and was very gentle. Great office definitely recommend.

    I got the sign in paperwork from a link via text message the night before arrival. When I arrived they warned me that it would probably be a 25 minute wait because they were a little behind but it was only about ten minutes. The staff were polite and got the job done. My only complaint is that they don't have a parking lot and I would have liked to know parking would be difficult ahead of time, maybe from the link they gave me with the sign in paperwork so I could plan an extra ten minutes for parking

    I had a great experience here. The front office was very polite and efficient. The technician was nice and made me feel comfortable. The only problem was their scheduling team. Their scheduling staff was not knowledgeable on the exams they were scheduling and how to prepare for it. I spoke to one person who called to make my appointment and gave me the wrong preparation. She told me that I would get a text with the appointment details which I never got. I had to call and wait 30 mins to double check when my appointment was and I asked the scheduler about the preparation for the exam. He told me and I was unsure that the preparation was correct and he put me on hold to go find out. He come back in the line and confirms that what he said was correct. When I showed up to the appointment the technician tells me that I was given the wrong preparation. So in conclusion they need to train their schedulers to better prepare the patients for these exams.

    Staff's great. Bring headphones because the self-produced lobby TV Channel is torture. I feel bad for the staff that has to listen to that all day knowing the company choose to spend money on that instead of giving them a pay increase.

    Great service both of the workers told me exactly what to do. I felt comfortable the entire time and almost took a nap under the MRI machine. Overall a smooth experience on my first MRI scan and would recommend this place.

    The front desk staff were able to accommodate me for the very next day. Friendly and helpful. Ultrasound technicians were professional, patient and kind to my 6 year old son who needed a liver ultrasound. Thank you!

    My daughter had an ultrasound scheduled. The first impression was not good. Had an 7am appointment. I live 30 min away! So imagine the traffic in that area. Only reason we went to this location was for the soonest available appointment & HP location had an opening. We forgot out mask and front office reception said they couldn’t see us with out mask , and they couldn’t provide any. I was very upset. I’m already stressed with her health issues. Went to car and no luck . Came back to in and all of sudden they had masks for us. Parking little difficult so arrive like 1hr prior! Ugh, yes I agree! Ultrasound went smooth but I will never go to this location again .

    They asked me to be there 20 minutes early when I scheduled the appointment for 7 am. After a one hour drive I was the at 6:30 am and they did not even let me in the building until 7:05. The receptionist did arrive at her desk at 6:50 and chose to keep me waiting outside. When she opened she did not even say good morning or more than 2 words. A terrible experience. People utilizing these services could be struggling or potentially getting some really bad news or great news. A good Morning or any human acknowledgement after terrible service is not too much to ask. I will drive to another State before ever stepping foot in there again. The receptionist should be ashamed.

    I really love the way they treat you they was very nice to me they was helpful and rescheduling my apartment because of me I forgot it but she made my apartment for the next day at a time that I could be there the lady who did my procedure was very professional and helpful and talk to me and told me how long I had to go and she gave me a button if I got scared but I was very comfortable there the parking is across the street and yes the sign will tell you park at your own risk.. but it's cool because they have security sitting in the boots so all is well if I had to have this procedure again I would definitely go there for sure I would never forget this place I'm not a young lady that help me thank you both of you thank you it wasn't bad at all it was a very good experience and I felt very comfortable

    Took in my son for ultrasound today 7/19/22 and we had a good experience. The girl doing the ultrasound was so good to my son and my son didn’t even feel scared around her. Front desk clerk also very nice.

    Was there because my dad needed some exrays done and I had a good experience. The receptionist were nice and the xray technician was a above and beyond. He was very patient with my dad and helped my brother by opening the doors since my dad is on a wheelchair . I would definitely go again and not to mention no appointment was needed and we waited like about 10 min.

    It was a great experience. It took less than 15 minutes to take me X-ray and I was done. All personnel were very kind and helpful considering that I use a walker to move around.

    Got here 45 minutes earlier than my appointment they wanted me here at 11:40 my appointment was at 12am. As soon as I got in the lady at the desk had me sign papers immediately and I got called to the back at 11:54 they were nice polite constantly asked me if I was okay or needed anything while I got my MRI. The only downfall of this place is that it needs a major update the wallpaper is pealing the walls are filthy and it definitely needs a deep clean. But no other complaints
