A good look at the Falcon reveals the awesome engineering that went into it. The landing struts are totally impressive. You must see Falcon up close. EZ access. Also check Mr. Musk's Hyperloop on same street. My friend Dwight in the picture said, "SpaceX is like Disney's Tomorrow Land only it's for real!"

Should have checked ahead of time, but there's no public access to the booster or the facility. The best you can do is park on street around the corner and walk to the glass wall protecting the falcon booster. Still incredible to see in person. Very close nearby is the brick tower that they built out of bricks from the Boring tunnel and on another neighboring street is the long hyperloop tunnel.

Impressive piece of space tech. You can watch for free a historic device and see the huge size of these rockets. Note this is just the booster. The second stage and payloads sits on top of this.

Great place for me πŸš€πŸ§‘β€πŸš€πŸš€ If you drive by, it's definitely worth stopping and looking at the first stage of the Falcon 9. I knew it was big! But when you see it with your own eyes, it's worth it!

Whoa! That’s a tall thing that regurarly goes up (to space) and down (to a tiny barge or LZ). Awesome to experience the sheer size of booster! Despite fact it’s fenced… still consider as great photo-stop. Unfortunately, to get closer you need to be eacorted by SpaceX employee (no walk-in visitors, no visitor center). Want to see from close(r)… make friend with SpaceX’er 😎

Incredible to see and get that close to one of those boosters. It’s easily accessible by the street. A few cars can park there. There is no direct access to the booster but the view is fine.

Fabulous for what it is: a paved area with the first returned booster stage on it. We public are separated from the rocket by glass barriers. I suppose allowing people to touch it would be a huge liability...no idea what chemical hazards there might be on that lower stage. What matters is the excitement this system generated for space enthusiasts. In a way this fulfils the promise that the shuttle did not: practical reusability, lowering the barrier for getting to orbit. Being able to see it up close is marvelous.

I wish they would open some parking so we can stop and get closer to it, but even driving by it is awesome to see.

Apart from taking pictures from behind a glass wall, there is nothing else to do there. But sometimes that is exactly what we want.

Easy street parking, during off hours at least. Immense scale that is hard to fathom without seeing in person. Imagine this rocket times three for the falcon heavy.
