HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO INFORMATION ABOUT MY PURCHASES. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 2HRS TIL I GAVE UP. I LEFT MESSEGES AND HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ME. ONLINE SERVICES IS WORST. I WAS CHARGED 3TIMES FOR 1 TICKET ONE WAY... DONT BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE ,...BEST BET IS TO GO TO THE BUS STATION AND GET THEM THERE. AND IF I COULD I WOULD REMOVE THAT ONE STAR

Horrible service they sold my father a ticket for the bus for 3 am and the bus never passed we were there at 2:30 am all the way till 5 am and nothing my dad missed his flight. Servicio terrible especialmente de la que vende boletos en la ventanilla es una minterosa ratera .

Very good customer service. Very nice, clean busses that don't rattle when going over rough streets. Comfortable, cushy seats with seat belts and four charging ports (two USB & two 110V) per pair of seats, and, movie monitors (the movies are in Spanish) that are at the perfect volume.

Very clean bus & decent costumer service. Their locations can use a little help. The bus has great air conditioning, has movie screens, music & every seat has adapter chargers. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Very disappointed, there was an accident the driver was on his cellphone while driving, almost crushed. One of the passengers in the front flew out her seat landed in the front by the door. After the driver not being responsible (driver and ladies at the park station) behaved very rude such a ghetto behavior).

Bus was delayed by 5 hours and it took an average of 4 calls to get a response from their office. If you have the option to choose another shuttle I would highly advise you to anything but this “service.”

They never answer and when they do like after 6 attempts they place you on a long hold them click

Customer service is terrible the workers were rude to my mom and I they were arguing with us and was completely unorganized I don't know if it was because it was 3 in the morning and the man was tired but that was surtinly not the way to handle the situation.

We had to swap busses for whatever reason. It was fast and efficient. The driver was very courteous, acommodating and he waited to .Ake sure that all passengers that were on board were going to the right destination.

Worst too many stops from San Fernando to Phoenix.fir Long period time next time think twice I will not recomend this service

It was ok I didn't like the fact that I had to load my own luggage and I had to wait two hours in Arizona before leaving to my destination

Good prices for the Trip North bound to South of the California boarder if that's what you choose if you don't like to be stopping ask for the direct 🚌 to wherever you have planned but don't mind tight spots and uncomfortable you are welcome in this 🚌 line.

Tufesa bus lines have the greatest buses for traveling to anywhere in the United States and Mexico. I strongly recommend Tufesa buses since literally they have the best service and safety ness guidelines and most importantly the prices are great . The Driver is very patiently self control and overwhelmed always helping out with any services .

Good service I recommend it but if you have to have a little tolerance you have its details but good service
