Why won't you return my calls!? I'm having a provider billing issue. I've called them four times now, sent emails, contacted through social media, done everything I can, and these terrible people won't get back to me! How do you expect me to pay a bill if you won't talk to me about the issues with it? Unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright scammy!

This place is horrible… they make you feel under appreciated. There’s no structure, no chain of command. You have snitches, who make up lies and tell on you. The pay is horrible, the directors don’t know what they’re doing. It’s hell to work there. The members can’t stand their insurance benefits. It’s an all over bad experience. Don’t work here if you know what’s good for you. Keep your peace and find another opportunity.

Stay away from this company. Senior leadership definitely will not support your values or your time commitment. Lack of consistent leadership and staff morale. Lack of a clear message that leads to longevity, staff is under paid and not appreciated for their work here.

I had an interview here for a position and it had to have been the worst I’ve ever had. The hiring manager Christopher Bennett was not only late to our interview, but did not even have the decency to greet me properly as soon as we got things started. Struck me as being unprofessional as possible, and more so during while I tried to answer every question to the best of my knowledge while he constantly kept on shutting down every reply I had to his questions. He kept looking down at his phone the majority of the time while the interview process was happening, and that signaled that my time there was not being taken seriously. I’m sure the company is doing very well, but I DO NOT appreciate my time being wasted and I hope that this will bring a little light as to what is really happening from management when they interview candidates.

They never answer your calls nor messages have no nursing pool bad customer service and worst thing of all whenever you complain about something they threaten you to discharge you as a client and the regional manager calls you and is extremely rude does not do his research before accusing you about complaining about their service I had to file a complaint with the state after the phone call received from the regional manager and the treatment I received over the phone and he is not the only one the nursing director as well via email so I have evidence to submit to the state

Amazing directors and great management. who really puts patient safety at the forefront. I have been here a long time and love it. You are not just an employee number here you are a person whose work is valued.

I am working here from past 2 years. It is very important to have good knowledge efficient people working around you. You get to learn a lot from them, and their good behavior keeps the workplace calm and pleasant. I feel glad that I am a part of such a good company that has quality people.

No one here returns calls in a reasonable time frame. I'm frantic over a billing issue, I'm calling them for help, and I get silence. They refuse to speak to scared people in need of assistance when they screw up your billing. Call me!

These people refuse to talk to patients badly in need of assistance with billing they messed up. They also appear to use fake reviewers to boost their ratings - just look at all the random foreign names leaving five-star reviews. Just confirms how disgusting and awful they are. Call your customers back if you want money from them! Answer their questions!

Horrible interview I’ve seen reviews about horrible management and couldn’t say none the less that they also lack people skills. I wasn’t greeted just more of questioned if my name was spelled right because it’s spelled differently. CHRISTOPHER BENNET the HIRING MANAGER not once got off his phone or even made eye contact throughout the interview as if my time wasn’t valued instead should’ve not wasted my time showing up even if offered a job I wouldn’t take it. Asked why I didn’t pursue a job after education so I I mentioned the pay wasn’t enough to support me and my kids then when I told him the pay he laughed. It was very impersonal as if people don’t live off that and struggle.Proceeding with the interview I signed a contract about not being able to specify or speak on previous employers company’s system that was used for work. He insisted I could say at least one and that it’ll be fine. I respectfully denied that I morally wouldn’t be able to and he ended the interview upset then advised if I knew the way I came in to leave that way. Then asked lastly if I had any questions cause it seems he forgot someone else was in the interview on the computer.

you can say a lot about a company when they list Africa as a country, if they can't separate countries from continents how can they effectively reconcile your medications or provide any healthcare service?. It's 2018 you should know better
