Excellent & very affordable place to call home! Quiet and very peaceful and beautiful lush green trees and grounds! So close to Landa Park to enjoy a stroll at any time. Great manager, Mr. John - very fair and responsive!! Laundry facilities on the grounds and covered stall parking for your vehicle!!

I’m really enjoying the complex and the environment, very calm and cozy. Sylvia and other office attendants have been so kind and helpful through this stressful process. Thank you!!! My partner and I couldn’t be more appreciative! The apartment is updated, spacious and well equipped, and the back balcony view is beautiful. Very excited for the pool to get up and running, it looks awesome.

Ms Sylvia Mae was very professional and cordial made our application and move in very painless. She's a great asset to this community and talking to neighbors it seems she gets things done and takes care of any problems you might have in your apartment so I feel very confident that our stay in this apartment community will be a very positive experience.

My experience with Braunfels Haus Apartments was great. After speaking with the manager Sylvia, I was invited to visit and walk through the apartments that were available. When I decided on which apartment I wanted, Sylvia was very helpful with the application and leasing process. Very nice and very professional, can’t wait to move in!

I moved from a different city to a town with very few vacancies. The management team at Braunfels Haus Apartment did everything possible make my move pleasant professional and prompt. They responded quickly to the few issues and Sylvia especially was very empathetic and helpful it seeing me through the energy spent when one moves. I would recommend this smaller company over corporate websites and impersonal approach. Somethings are better when they can be managed by humans.

Very Pleasant neighborhood. The owner is easy going always return phone calls . The neighborhood is very quiet and your close to everything from downtown, cute shops and major highways. Apartment's are very spacious .

lived here 2 years not the best place to live a/c never worked during the summer 85 degrees in the apartment. told them the oven was not heating right never did anything about it. This is an older place it does have roaches the worst part was fighting for parking with the terrible smelling BBQ place next door with terrible food.

I paid for a year in full because I asked for a a one year lease, only to find out at the end that the owner had written lease for 13 months. Which I was obligated for. When my son moved out we cleaned and took pics but money was being held because of dirty oven and ceiling fan. Thankfully I had taken pics after cleaning and was able to get back the $99 that was being charged after showing office my pics. Everything was fixed cheaply and we battled roaches all the time. I would not recommend this place for the price
