My parents went in last week for my baby sisters check up. They had a great experience with Dr Holly Fatter. As for the nurse who gave my sister her shots was RUDE. My parents didn’t want all 3 vaccines that were recommended only 1, the nurse kept pushing and pushing to get all 3 which I understand if she was pushing to get all 3 vaccines because its what she felt was best for my sister, but to just jam the vaccine angrily and walk away mad and slam the door behind you is unacceptable all because my parents said no to all 3 vaccines. My sister is just a baby, if she was upset that my parents didn’t want to get all 3 shots that’s fine but don’t take it out on a 2 month old. The only reason im leaving 2 stars is because Dr Fatter was great.

I love my doctor here and the nurses are all personal professionals at this facility.There is more person to facility care here. I have been to Scott and White for major surgery which is a good facility. Ascension feels more like home and easier to make appointments and far more less wait time.

Dr.Parker is the most personable doctor that I have ever had. He always go a step above to explain your particular situation, and also always has a back up plan for you each and every time. He makes it effortless to trust his opinions. This area is very lucky to have him in this area!

I was very well pleased with my experience at Ascension Medical Group. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Receptionist was cordial and very nice. Nurses were attentive and listened to my concerns for coming into the office. Dr. Parker was very pleasant to talk with and answered all of my questions about my condition. Very happy with my experience coming here for care.

Dr Shaw is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She listens, she explains things so I understand. I always feel like I’ve been heard when I leave her office.

My Dr. Shaw, Is spectacular!! She gives me all the credit for my numbers being good. Although, I tell her a team, is only successful. Because of a great coach!

We (husband and I) scheduled back to back appointments for establishing as new patients to see Dr. Furman. He was great. Easy to speak to and made us feel comfortable. The staff in the office was friendly and efficient. It will take some getting used to learning all the areas of the building but it seems that anything we would need is all in one place and that's helpful.

I love how comfortable my children’s doctor makes them feel when coming in! And me as well! Never feel silly for maybe asking a silly question lol. Dr. Fatter is the best. And I can always get an appt. When needed!

I love the fact that they have a walk in clinic that you can go to without an appointment. I like the person who runs the clinic. He's got a great bed side manner & also professional. He spent time with me & took care of my illness quickly. Hardly any wait time at all.

Dr. Perera was wonderful. She took my medical history. Spent a lot of time with me. Renewed my prescriptions and put in referrals. I really like her.

I'm very pleased with the care provided by Dr Barkis ,he's a doctor that truly cares about his patients. He's attentive when I talk to him and explains my heath care concerns in a easy manner. I'm very grateful and honored to have him as my Doctor.

Dr Fatter is fantastic. She’s personable with her little patients and their parents. Knowledgeable and explains things in helpful terms that parents can understand. We thoroughly enjoy seeing her and appreciate her care.

Trying to get my daughter’s prescription fixed, so that I can get her the medication she needs to feel better, but I keep getting transferred to someone who doesn’t answer the phone. I left a voicemail 3 hours ago and still have not gotten a call back. I called again and the same thing happened. I love the service they give you while you’re there but someone should be available to correct a prescription.

I love my dr, Dr Elizabeth Mattson! However, I do NOT appreciate her nurse making me feel uncomfortable for gaining 1 lb since my last visit or having to take several medications each prescribed SPECIFICALLY for serious medical issues! Because of this I dread my appointments.

I love our pediatrician here! Dr Riser really considers parent intuition but doesnt get overly cautious or over do it. The office is fabulous about having same day acute appointments and everything is always bright, clean and kid-forward

Dr. Singh has been truly amazing from my very first appointment with her. She has listened to all of my concerns and medical history and made an appropriate plan of action. I struggled with my insurance approving medication so Dr Singh and her team fought to get approval for what I needed. She has been timely with appointments and caring and I appreciate her dedication. I wish all doctors practiced the way she does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Caperton for about three years. I am always glad to see him when necessary. He’s very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. In fact, I think of ways to injure myself so I can see him! No. I’m just kidding! I would never do that! He is a great guy, though.

I recently had an MRI done at Ascension. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The waiting area was very clean, and the equipment was state of the art. Highly recommend.

Had to wait over a month for a five minute patient establishment. I get told to lose weight and exercise, something I had already been doing. The doctor never bothered to hear that I had already lost 100+lbs, and was feeling WORSE. After being humiliated by my doctor, I was slapped with a $200 bill, after insurance. Absolutely abysmal.

I recently completed my second visit and I’m feeling extremely dissatisfied. In general I find the reception staff aloof and indifferent…. I’m guessing that a “warm greeting with a smile” is somewhat outdated. Dr. Perera is probably a good physician but again I’m dissatisfied and not particularly impressed. I don’t feel like I’m heard when she’s discussing my healthcare. I like to have a voice, some sort of acknowledgement - a sense that I’m a part of the dialogue and the final decision. I’m looking for another physician.

Went to Kings Daughter for a routine checkup for my 4 year old. Dr. Lindsey Willis is the best! She always makes my little one so comfortable and we're always in and out in no time

I took my daughter who has Down Syndrome and Autism to meet with Dr Perera. She took detailed history on us both. For myself, I had a lot of questions answered that hadn’t been prior to meeting her. I am very happy with her for my daughter and myself thus far.

Dr Mattson has been my Dr for years. She is wonderful and very helpful. She explains things and listens to questions about whatever us bothering you. She goes above and beyond to give you the best care.

I usually get in to see Dr. furman in one or two days and the staff is polite and friendly!! The facility is clean! I have a lot of faith and trust with Dr. Furman, he’s the type of doctor and man who listens with a great deal of compassion that Is what my husband and I want in our Physician!! We are extremely happy with Dr. Furman and his staff! I will express not all of the doctors at Ascension Medical Group are like that, I am sorry to say!! But thank you for sending out this survey!!
