Wow, I am very impressed! Personal Images did a fantastic job. I was greeted at the door, and I was given a glass of water. Felicia quickly directed me to the table, and she helped me understand details and prices. I was able to pick the color I wanted, and I love it. I will never underestimate the power of a great manicure again!

I told her ONCE what I wanted and she executed it perfectly, checking in with me along the way. Such a kind staff and environment! Fair price for the quality color and style :)

Although I was not satisfied with the results due to a miscommunication of expectations, I'm giving this place a five star becuz the owner personally came out to speak with me and made it right. I received a Comfort Care gift certificate for one massage, pedicure and manicure for Personal Images. The massage therapist books up fast! I recommend calling to set up your massage appointment ASAP, she was booked out for 5-6 weeks. Luckily they got me in quicker for the mani and pedi - and it was delightful! Samantha made me a mug of hot tea and created a quiet and relaxing space for me to enjoy the pedicure. She did such a good job, I can’t praise her enough. I told her how rough I was on my nails (I have a hands on job) and she said if anything needed to be fixed just come back in. Well, the next day I had to have one nail fixed - they fit me right in and took care of me faster than expected! How cool is that? Seriously, that’s going above and beyond. The women who work here are great, they are willing to talk to you and make sure you get what you need. They are competent and pricing is approachable. I highly recommend trying Personal Images, and I highly recommend Samantha!!

I moved to the area 2 years ago and have tried other salons, but this salon is the best with reasonable rates. Today I had Sam... she is GREAT. I'll be back in 3 months to get my hair touched up. Honestly she talks to you about everything she's doing and checks to make sure your both on the same page.
