Rarely do I post comments online, but this morning I felt that in these times, great service from local businesses is a must. Yesterday I went with the intent to look but not be pressured into buying a new bow. Rob greeted me and explained in detail all the benefits of each bow I asked about. I did decide to purchase a new bow, a Prime Black 3. It was on sale and in my price-point. He took the time to COMPLETELY walk me through the set up and timing of the bow. Allowed me some shots to get more comfortable with it after upstairs in their range. A “lucky” shot on the first arrow at 20yds let us both know I was ready to take my new bow home. It was WELL WORTH the 1hr drive to your shop. You have a costumer for life. Everyone in there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Three customers including myself waiting 5 min for a cashier to show up, one guy had been waiting for at least 10 min. Would have bought more bushmaster 450's but not 40 plus tax. I'll wait till I go to marlette and get them for 30. I've been to schupachs 3 times now since March and still have not been greeted or spoken to by any employee whether I needed help or not .

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in there is great. Rob set me up a couple months ago with a Mathews build. My brother was visiting from California and Chris set him up a Hoyt build today. If you want to get set up right, this is this the place for all things archery. They didn't mind me bringing my new pup in as well, dog friendly.

I've always had a great experience at this store. I recently got into archery and these guys went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I have been going back here for over a year now for all my hunting necessities and always leave feeling great. These guys care compared to some other big box stores where you are just a number. I've been having issues with my bow since I purchased it in April. I take my bow everywhere and when I found Schupbachs I had to stop in. I met Chris and handed him my bow. He found 5 things wrong in 30 seconds. He then asked where I got it setup at and he he smiled and said I got you today. He spent the next couple hours fixing my bow and teaching me why he was doing what he was doing. I left there with a bow that now shoots straight at 296fps and a new bow shop for all my needs even if it's a 4 hour drive. Chris was above and beyond helpful. I can say with 100% confidence that if you need a bow this is the place you should go.

Rob was amazing. He stayed late so I could get my bow for hunting season. Very helpful and friendly. Will come again.
