Yesterday I went to Parramatta shop and I received an excellent service from Jessie. My niece from Srilanka asked me to get a bag for her. I showed the photo to her and she helped me with the other staff. Her memory power is so good. She pointed straight away. Very pleasant customer service. Every shop needs a staff like Jessie. All the very best Jessie. My best wishes to other staff members too.

Lovely bags and other accessories. They have a wide variety and for good prices. Quality is very good. The always seem to have some sale or offers in place most of the time. Definitely worth checking out when you are in desperate need for glitz and glam 😊

Collette has very good collection and very decent price. There was offer on Christmas sale around 40% office. Very good price bought many bags for our family members. Lovely place.

The staff here are great, courteous, and nice and they really are determined to make the shop look nice. I just didn't like how there was a lot of stock in boxes on the floor next to where I was choosing out earrings I found myself trying to squeeze through.

Good service and designers are always coming out with great new designs are what I love about Colette. The sales are amazing (like 40% off storewide), so best to catch those bags on sale. Quality is okay. You will get some key chains falling off (those pom pom ones) and buckles breaking after a year or two.
