    Normally subway is me and my partner’s go to for lunch. But at this store, it was the worst one we’ve ever experienced. The customer service was terrible. It was shocking! She didn’t smile, greet us nicely, with this customer service it can really drive customers and service away. There was also a small amount of chicken bites placed on my partners sub. They didn’t get microwaved and the sub wasn’t toasted properly, so he was very disappointed with his subway.

    Honestly, if restaurants could have zero star ratings, subway Ashfield would TOP the list! Ordering the usual with my flatmate, we came across a sandwich with a squeeze of ignorance for customer service and a real lack of general flavour. Cheese barely hit the oven long enough (first sign), no spinach nor lettuce available(second sign)…meanwhile this is 2:30pm and they close 8:30pm (third sign). We politely asked if we could get some, but the older vanilla Indian simply swayed her head to her younger employee, with the sense that it was too hard to get some more from the fridge (fourth sign). Working in the hospitality industry and just really wanting something refreshing to break this cold weather, and we got stuck with two ignorants for lunch.

    Hii there Your food was okay but can u please educate your staff how to use the sub card As far as I know we can use it with contact number as well. But the lady at the service was saying that she can not add the sub card with contact number. PLEASE EDUCATE THE STAFF.

    Easily the worst Subway in Sydney. I have given online orders 3 times; and they'll only start making it if you ask for your food. Even though there's no one waiting. Talking in Hindi mostly and service overall is below par.

    We recently went to Subway in Ashfield Mall and ordered sandwiches, they were fresh and tasted very delicious, especially from under the hands of the wonderful girl Jaspreet .Thank you very much and good luck to you and all the staff.👍🌹🌯👏

    Average Subway restaurant. Wasn't really clean when I visited, the Staff were miserable and seemed it was the end of the world to sort out my order. No toilet facility’s if you need to release a six inch before consuming a footlong. Try the wholemeal steak and cheese toasted with double meat lettuce tomato and jalapenos with the south west sauce. Cant go wrong 😊

    This staff has no patience for vulnerable people. A young lady in front of me in line looks like she has Down syndrome. When she ordered, this staff just said coldly: I cannot hear you . Even not a sorry. Other staff there seemed to hear what the customer was saying without any difficulty.

    I always love Subway Ashfield. The girl who works there makes the BEST cheese toasties EVER! If you haven't been there, go and try it and I promise you will not regret it.

    Probably the best Subway I've ever had. the woman behind the counter was polite and quick with the orders, even though she was by herself and there were multiple in person and food delivery orders at the same time. The sandwiches were hot and had a generous amount of sauce. Would happily eat again.

    I've been getting over covid and haven't been eating much + didn't have much in the house - all I really felt like after spending Christmas alone was a yummy ham and cheese toastie. Thought id look it up on Uber eats on the off chance maybe I could actually get one, and subway came up. Just wanted ham and cheese, found, sounded good, ordered. Arrived. Thank God I paid extra for 'extra cheese, cos there wouldn't have been any otherwise. And ham. There were 3 pink strings i found on the side of the bun. Overall it was floppy, wet, cheese tasteless, hamm - too little to register on my palate - so pull the strings out and gave them to my cat - she wouldn't eat it. Sandwich, along with my money, IN THE BIN.

    Don't listen to instructions and either don't add what u say or put on the wrong thing. Don't listen to any review that's 5 stars cause they're either a bot, an employee there or being paid to say its the best.

    Staff doesn’t even know what an egg is I asked staff to put an egg but they said that they don’t understand egg and they don’t sell egg in their store and was making fun. If they don’t sell eggs then how do they sell egg n bacon. 2nd experience was I asked staff to toast my bread so many times but she just ignored and didn’t toast my bread and just gave me fresh… Staff really needs a good training with customer service, also its not hygienic their hair was not tied properly with hair net and got a hair in my lettuce. Really a bad experience never going there again waste of money.

    I have found that their prices are lower than most other Subway stores in the area - particularly the one in Birkenhead Point. Yes Subways are franchised and each store has different pricing - I didn't know that pricing could differ but it does! This store also adds pizza sauce on the pizza sub, unlike many other stores. Good amount of filling. Am quite pleased with the subs bought from here.

    One of the worst establishments I’ve been to. I normally don’t write reviews but this was so appalling that I have to. Came in to get the 6 cookies for $6, asked for 2 raspberry cheesecake cookies among others (that my partner ordered). The server clipped out 2 cookies that I thought might not have been it but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Wanted to eat one as I walked away and noticed that it was indeed not a strawberry cheesecake but was the m&m looking one next to it. Went back to get the right ones and told them these weren’t the raspberry cheesecake. The servers first response was “no you didn’t say that”! . They were generous enough to fix their mistake and replaced our cookies with the right ones, but they just put the wrong ones back on the shelf! We had clearly touched them to show that they were wrong (since they were in the small bag). Would NOT return to this subway ever again!

    Lady was so rude asked me to order cut me off midway rudely saying order from over there! They don’t seem very appreciative of your business can’t say thank you or show any gratitude staff really need training in customer service and perhaps English lessons

    It took me less than a minute standing at the counter to realise the customer service at this Subway is worse than terrible. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.
