Food is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very nice. Great for a date or dinner with friends or family. Drinks are great as well. You can't go wrong with Domo.

They lied to us!!! Spent several thousands over past 3 years. Told at 8:15 pm the sushi chefs are short handed and not seating anymore customers. Closes at 9pm. We called to order take out to determine if “sushi chefs were short handed.” Yes, they were willing to accept my take out order for 7 different sushi rolls. Dishonesty is very sad.

Great sushi. Prices are high, but fair, for the quality. Our server was great. (Can't remember his name. Taller guy. Batman belt.) Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. As for the sushi itself, the pick 3 special is a bit bare, but it's very reasonably priced. King crab nigiri is so good. Masago was a little sweeter than I'm accustomed, which was a nice change. The chef(s) used just a bit more wasabi paste to bind the nigiri than I would have preferred, but that's just a personal preference. The rolls were crafted with care. The presentation of everything was very nice. If you have the money for it, I'd highly recommend Domo.

Absolutely the best Sushi in Town!!! Great service! Absolutely would recommend to everyone, even if they have a favorite place for sushi, I would give this place a try! Very fresh! Always satisfied!

We all enjoyed our meal, the service was spectacular and we are very glad that we made a reservation because they were on an hour wait when we arrived. My husband and I ordered the Kiss of Geisha as recommended by our server and LOVED it. We also ordered the salmon collection off the regular menu which came with soup and salad so clearly our eyes were much bigger than our stomachs but it was all wonderful!

Started off with a couple of drinks at the bar since there was a wait on a Tuesday evening. Bartender was friendly and the drinks were fantastic! When we were seated, the server seemed hissy that we weren't prepared to order. We were in town visiting and hadn't seen our friends in nearly 2 years and were enjoying each other's company, but the server made everything feel rushed even though we were still enjoying our next round of drinks.

This was our first time coming to this restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and informative. We decided to try the peanut butter lime Brussel sprouts. Then far as the sushi we had The grench, Sweet crunch, Jalapeño bite, Philly and the famous California roll all were delicious. We did not have any left overs! People say it’s expensive, it is but it’s worth it. And usually if you buy cheap sushi it isn’t good sushi because it may often be made with low-grade fish or other affordable ingredients. Btw, they do have veggie options! 😇

This was our third time here. The food is never a disappointment nor is the service. Matthew is always an amazing server. He is extremely professional and really cares about the customers. This was our second time having him serve us and won’t hesitate to request him. Everyone who works there seem to be very professional, not to mention this place is super clean! You’ll never feel neglected since servers stop by their tables several times. We recommend it to everyone we know that loves sushi. The food is well prepared with beautiful plating. So appetizing!

We ate here on a Friday evening to celebrate my birthday. The server Ashley was the best! She went above and beyond and made sure we had the best dining experience ever!

Staff was so friendly. Very attentive without hovering. Drinks were perfectly made, and there were so many options. I went with "the last word" and I'm not a gin drinker but it was perfectly balanced. Appetizers were delicious and came out quick. And the sushi.... Every bite was so good. The tuna and eel were the perfect texture and flavor, rice was perfect consistency. I can't wait to come back. So impressed.

We had a 15 minute wait before being seated (but they did call to let us know). The wait staff seemed busy and we were left with just menus for more than 25 minutes. But after that, service and the food were flawless! The sushi and sashimi were perfect as well as excellent calamari. Our waitress was attentive and even brought over club soda when my aunt got a little sauce on her shirt. Sake cocktails were also very tasty.

Extremely friendly and fast service! Everyone was so nice &personable! My food was AMAZING!!! &the drinks are perfect 🤌🏼 Highly recommend if you’re a fan of good authentic sushi. Definitely coming back again. Will probably be a regular soon🤣🤣

I got a martini and the bento box. My husband got the sushimi dinner. SO delicious! I'm still full two hours later from the bento box and fully satisfied. The server was attentive, knowledgeable about the items given to us, and as a bonus he shook my martini and poured at the table. A bit pricey, but everything is nowadays and still worth it. Will be going again!

Great little spot for sushi and other dishes. Service was personal and friendly. I tried my best to not stare at the chefs but my toddler couldn’t help herself. Loved the atmosphere, service, and food.

My all time go-to for sushi in Toledo! The BEST in town. High quality food and can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Calamari appetizer is like no other restaurant we’ve tried, absolute favorite. Highly recommend sashimi & nagiri and these rolls: KC, Galaxy, Puma & Pheaonix.

Absolutely amongst the best Sushi places I have ever been to. Being a vegetarian, finding good variety in sushi toppings is always tricky. But at Domo I not only found almost 10 options, but literally everything on their menu was amazing. Last tip, do not miss out on the different Mochi (dessert) options they have. Amongst the best desserts I’ve had so far. Highly recommend the mango and green apple Mochi.

Hands down the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to. John is an amazing chef and brings in the freshest fish. I have been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience.

Tldr: Food was great and service was impeccable. We stopped here on our drive from NYC to Chicago, and the first place we stopped at put us on a waiting list and after 30 minutes we gave up and ended up at Domo sushi instead. We are so happy it worked out this way because this place was fantastic. We had a couple apps, the unagi bowl and some rolls and nigiri and everything was fresh and delicious and the rolls didn't fall apart when trying to eat. Icing on the cake was the complimentary dessert for their anniversary which was a nice surprise. As good as the food was, the service was equally good. Definitely planning on stopping by again if we are in the area.

Best sushi in town, with a price to match. However since COVID the store has completely changed. Half the tables were removed in favor of a massive takeout table for online orders. Now this isn't inherently bad, but now the wait is ridiculously long, and they don't take reservations. I'm not paying almost $20 a roll without the atmosphere and service that comes with it, and I'm not waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for seating. The hours are already squeezed right up to the dinner rush so unless you get there before 5pm you will be waiting. I used to love this place but it seems greedy decisions were made in the wake of COVID and I'm not about that attitude. They used to have a 4.8 rating which has been dropping slowly for a year now. Kyoto Ka and Tougen have food of similar quality, just a hair short and a lot cheaper per roll, no wait at Kyoto Ka and about $5 cheaper, $7 cheaper for similar food at Tougen with a wait.

The sushi is always fresh and well-made. Service is wonderful and the drinks are top-notch. I come here every year for my birthday. Love it!
