    Hey, i'm Geraldine Novoa. I made an online order to pick up at the QVB store. When i got i went to talk to this lady that was at the desk and told her nicely that i was there to pick up my order, i even show here the email of the order and she started talking to me with a bad attitude, even raising her voice at me saying: 'ARE THEY HAND BAGS OR WHAT KIND OF BAGS!!! All rude. I told her in a calm way to please calm down and not talk to me like that because there was not reason to be like that and she kept talking to me rude: SO TELL ME WHAT IS YOUR ORDER THEN. I refused to kept talking with her and i wait until the other lady in the back finished her call and she refused to give me the email of the shop to send a complain. She even offered some discuount and apologize for ther coworker behaviour but i wasn't there for any kind of discount. If she doesn't like her job because it give her too much stress then she shouldn't be there because i work at costumer service every day in two different shops and not because of that i went and talk to her like i'm more than her that it is what she did. Treating me like i was nothing. I asked for a little of respect and she couldn't even give that. I can't even imagine how she treat the rest of the costumers then And let me tell you this is a really bad marketing face for your shop.

    1 star because there’s no option to give negative points!! The staff is very rude. (Staff with shift on Thursday 04/05/2023 - 1.30 pm) One of the staff spoke rudely, she might have personal issues but customer facing staff cannot get their personal problems get in the way with the customer in front. If you don’t feel like talking to customer take a break, no need to spoil anyone’s mood for shopping. Store might want to train the staff on how to be polite to customers. Not shopping at this store again for sure. Highly disappointed.

    My friend had a takeaway coffee cup in one hand which was almost empty. While trying to reach for a suitcase he spilled some coffee on the floor and immediately asked for some tissues from one of the sales guys. He gave us the tissue and my friend started wiping the floor to clean it. Then a sales woman came to us and in a rude manner told off the poor sales guy saying "thats why you shouldnt allow food in the store". I was going to purchase a big suitcase, immediately left the store and bought one from a different store. This saleswoman doesnt know anything about customer service yet alone how to show some respect to a customer. My friend cleaned the mess, it was absolutely unnecessary to make that comment infront of us. It was not the end of the world.

    An extremely negative experience at this Strandbags store with their poor customer service. I was purchasing a suitcase, and was being served by a team member named BILJANA. I politely asked if they had a new suitcase at the back in the reserve. With so much attitude and rudeness, she said it’s called a store room. When I asked to be served by someone else, she refused and said “no” in a very harsh tone. Defitnely not going to purchase anything at this store in the future.

    September 13, 2019, afternoon. A young fat female store clerk attitude is very bad. Ask if there are different colors of the same luggage. Ask if there is any new product in the warehouse. She is not willing to use computer query. Very negative attitude. If you have only one chance to visit this store. I hope that you will not meet this clerk. But the manager who met the next day had a good attitude. Should fire that female employee.

    Wow just tried to return a faulty product and was told there was nothing they could do to help me because the warranty was 2 days out . Disgusting service do not waste your money here .

    I had an enquiry regarding a historical purchase I made here. I tried calling the store multiple times and at different times of the day, however the Phone just continued to ring with not only no answer but no voicemail option. This was very frustrating considering I required information on how best to proceed with my query. After a few days (and more than a few call attempts) I went into the store to deal with my query in person. The initial lady I spoke to had a fairly negative attitude regarding answering the store phone when I suggested perhaps the number displayed on Google was incorrect etc. I was quickly passed on to another clerk who was very helpful in dealing with my issues, and spent quite some time making sure I received the invoice I was looking for from a while ago (a tedious request I know). although the second clerk was fantastically helpful and lovely to deal with, the initial clerk was very negative, unhelpful and seemingly lazy. Throughout my dealings with the second clerk, the first lady refused to answer the numerous phone calls that were coming through behind the counter, despite her seemingly not having any other work and/or customers to attend to. In summary I got want I needed thanks to the very helpful second clerk, although the issue could very well have been resolves with more efficiency for all parties if they simply were willing to pick up the phone.

    Non existing customer service in luggage department. Standing around waiting for help as there is one person behind the counter only. Gone up only 2 people behind d the counter serving, nobody on the floor to help. Went downstairs again suddenly the woman went to the backroom and I saw an Asian girl from upstairs coming downstairs. Just standing there. When I looked at her she did say can she help with the most serious face. Somebody tell her she needs to SMILE and BE FRIENDLY!! I told her don't worry and walked upstairs where I told alp this to an elderly sales assistant. Well....hmmmm. I walked out as I am n9r wasting time in a shop like this. I really need to get a luggage I was not there to waste my time.

    This shop really have a very bad customer service, experience with one of the staff ( short hair ) lady, very not polite. We just want to take a look for the lugage and she just said there is more downstair and straight away take the lugage away without say anything. It look like we don’t have money to buy. Maybe can said it kind of racist.

    SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE- I purchased an Antler suitcase and they sent me the incorrect bag, as I was limited for time pending an upcoming trip, I repurchased the same suitcase (being 2 orders). Which again, was unsuitable. At my own expense i sent both suitcases back to the store. I have received confirmation from AusPost they were successfully delivered and the store is refusing to acknowledge my emails requesting a refund. There is also no customer service available to speak with when you call the number on their website. Im owed over $600. I cant get a hold of the company and Ive been waiting on a refund for both bags for over a month.

    I’m a first time buyer at Strandbags. I was extremely delighted to be greeted by your salesman Mark, who made me feel more than welcome. I told Mark that I was looking for a suitcase, and he showed me the different ranges you guys hold. He suggested the Flylite Horizons, which I ended up purchasing :) I bought two full luggage sets! Mark went above and beyond with his customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping at Strandbags again! I wish more retail assistants had this level of professionalism and friendliness. Great job Mark!!

    First time shopper here needed suitcases for a last minute interstate business trip. Biljana was brilliant thank you for your help and excellent customer service. Will definitely return to this store. Make you sure you go downstairs as I didn’t realise when I first walked in, all the travel goods are downstairs.

This is my 3rd purchase from Strandbag as they never upset me with quality, price or their humble staff to speak to. You might get a dollar here and there with the price when it comes to online shopping, but please remember at the end its the customer service, and you would like to deal with nice professional staff, that you get at Strandbag.     The behaviour of the sales people in the store is too bad to handle. I bought a bag from there, on asking regarding the warranty, they are telling me they think it's 6 months. Then when am asking who will be able to tell me, since you think, then she tells me it's for 6 months.

    I have purchased many handbags from Strandbags over the years and also wallets, travel bags and lots of gifts. They stock a large variety of labels, styles , colours, materials all at varying prices. Finding the right day to day work handbag can be a difficult thing. It needs to sit easily on your shoulder, have plenty of pockets and storage to carry the world inside and look good at the same time. A big ask. The staff are always helpful here, making this task so much easier.
