It was easy to book an amazing venue, with plenty of games to play. We had fantastic hosts, Rachel and Emma, who have been professional, friendly and accommodating. Both Rachel and Emma were approachable made the day stress free. Their bubbly personality made it more enjoyable for the kids. Thank you so much from myself and the birthday boy. High reccomend it to all parents who wants to tire out the kids and enjoy a relaxing night.

I visited on the 9th of July and the venue was a mess. So much trash lying around everywhere and don't even get me started on the atrocious toilets, it was like a high school bathroom. There were quite a lot of good games however most of them were turned off or 'not working', I had to come to the desk multiple times for replacements. Staff are untrained and always need to call on someone else to help with machine issues, it took the staff members 20 minutes just to swap one of the toys for my son. Bumper cars was fun however it is pretty small and pricey for just 2 minutes of ride. I understand that it is school holidays but it should not take 3 staff members to decide if I can swap the toy or not, do better. EDIT: Emailed the address that was given to me about a week ago but am still yet to hear back. Thanks Christopher.

Thanks Zach, Stella, Nathan, Charlotte, Annie and Riccaedo. You are the best party host we had ever seen. My 10yrs boy and 6yrs girl both had their greatest party at Topryde Timezone bowling. As a parent, I really thank you for your great effort in organizing the two parties together without any delays. I can comfortably hand over everything to party hosts and just sitting with other parents to have a chat because Annie’s team is so helpful that I don’t really need to do anything. What a great relief for a Mum🤣. All 47 kids are having great time! Thank you again!

My daughter had her 10th birthday party @ Timezone Top Ryde. The kids absolutely had fun and made my daughter’s birthday party very special. I’d like to thank the party hosts Chloe and Charlotte, they made the party even better. They were easy to approach, great communication and always asked me what I’d like to do for the kids, and reminded me often the schedule about the activities. Really recommended. ❤️

Celebrated our son’s birthday last weekend at TZ Top Ryde. Party hosts assigned to us were Jason and Nina. Nina admitted it was her first time being a party host and overall she did an awesome job. She was quick to attend to our needs for the party and during arcade time she was walking around making sure the kids are all accounted for. We requested for the food to be served 15 mins earlier because the kids are starting to get hungry and they accommodated this request. The food was served in short time and Nina was really helpful the whole time. Thank you for making this a memorable birthday.

Monica and Erika are perfect party hosts who went an extra mile to help the parents and the kids! The party wouldn’t be so joyful without them! They should be given a BIG round of applause for making everyone happy!

My son had his 12th birthday party at Timezone Top Ryde. Everything was so easy, i booked everything online then got a confirmation call few days before the party. Stella the party host was super helpful and well organised. Lucky to have her as our party organiser. For the meals they have few options and nuggets is halal too. 5 stars for stela and timezone top ryde. Highly recommended place to celebrate a party.

We had a kids birthday party with laser tag. We found the service so much improved compared to last year (returning customers who had an OK experience last year). First of all, the customer service team over the phone was very helpful with info we needed before confirming our booking. The experience on the day with our hosts Riccardo and Lenny was awesome. From waiting for us at the entrance, to help reserving a table for parents, to looking after the kids all the way, we have been very impressed with Riccardo's attention to details and proactivity as well as Lenny's fantastic energy and party vibes with 16 kids. They worked great as a team! The party boy was over the moon. I would definitely recommend them as hosts and would go back for another party.

Definitely will lost in time here with kids stopping every single games, in particular at the check out deciding which toys to use their tickets on. This Timezone is awesomely new. I Like the basketball shoot out game which tends to get more tickets comparing to others. Easily get over 100tickets with it. My other favourite would be motor bike race, bowling, pool table. I do have to mention one bad note which is short of staff servicing at the counter. Don't get me wrong, the staff are nice and friendly. However, mostly two staffs at a time serving, and queue started to pick up with 5-10 or more families waiting and waiting time extend to 15mins just to get serve, which makes it difficult.

My daughter had her party and we could not be happier. From the booking process to the day, it was seamless. Our hosts were Jason, Amelia & Darcy- all three of them were so attentive and helpful, they took such great care of the kids- big smiles all around. If you are looking for a hassle-free party, I highly recommend!

We had a great Laser Tag & Arcade Party here today. Our host Charlotte was so friendly and helpful. She kept us informed the whole way through, guided the kids around to each activity, and was so friendly. She made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend a party here - ask for Charlotte as your host! My daughter loved it!

Great to see the resurgence of arcades. Best thing about this one is it is always relatively quiet even on Friday and Saturday evenings. Plenty of games to choose from. They are all relatively new and didn’t encounter any machines which weren’t working.

Cheers to this place! Attended a kids birthday party (Laser Tag) and I may say the way it was handled was exceptionally good! Special shout-out to JASON who took care of the event very well. Patient and very friendly! And we don’t feel thatwere rushed even if we finished already the singing of the cake part! And the arcade have a lot of different games as well. Celebrated my son’s 7th birthday at Timezone Top Ryde. It was an awesome party! The kids really had a great time. Thanks to Sophia and Jaden for their wonderful customer service. They went above and beyond to help. Especially to Sophia our main host, she’s very accommodating and friendly. It’s a busy day and a lot of demands but still she’s very patient and smiled often. The party ran smoothly and stress free. It was an amazing party indeed! 😊

The party was fantastic! They had a great time. The highlight was lazer tag and the bumper cars. Our party host Christian was great with the kids! My daughter was very spoilt and her friends had a great time!

We've been to many timezone/zone bowling/laser tag birthday party as host or guests, have to say this is the best experience by far. Our hosts, Charlotte &Nina, made it so easy for me, from greeting the guests to cutting the cake (gosh no one ever help me to cut the cake, not even my husband! ) they provided the best customer service with a smiles. The venue itself is clean, all equipments working well, foods are good (they have special meal for kids have allergies) communication were great since I booked the party. Very happy experience end to end.

Thank you so much for an awesome kids birthday party. Everything was perfect can’t fault a thing, food for kids and adults were so good and tasty and generous. Kids had the best fun I added most of the options like laser and bumper cars definitely worth it. The games were fun also, what made me more the most satisfied is every kid had the biggest smiles and that’s the main thing. Party room was so pretty clean, enough balloons and a special Thank you to our host JASPER So patient and humble very sweet helpful boy thank you again. We had great experience at Timezone Top Ryde yesterday. Our party host was Elyse and she handled my 8 year old son's birthday party fantastically. She was calm, patient and very friendly. She didnot get panic or irritated with kids noise, with our queries, which were her plus points.

Ethan is my son’s 8th Bday host in Timezone Top Ryde Shopping Centre. He is the best Bday host that we have ever had. He is nice and kind to the kids. He is always helpful whenever we need him. We would like him to be our Bday host again. Much appreciated!

George was our host who was fantastic, both for myself and the children. The party was well organised, streamlined and went without a hitch. Boys loved their time at TImezone Top Ryde and we would not hesitate to recommend for others to have parties here. George you are a star and TZ are very lucky to have you on board. One of the better Timezones out there! In addition to the usual arcade, they’ve got bumper cars, laser tag, VR, pool tables, a cafe & bowling lanes (albeit smaller). Staffs were pretty helpful as well whenever some games don’t work after tapping your card.

Not sure where to begin with this, apart from the kids having a wonderful time. Hazem, our host, made the whole experience seemless and enjoyable to be at. Not only did he manage to look out for everyone but his patience and care to the children were second to none. Sam (the youngest in the group) appreciated the time you spent with him at the arcade. Another shared that it was the best birthday party she has ever attended. Bumper car experience were a great plus. Hazem, thank you for the above and beyond effort in facilitating our party.

Lenny was our party host!! 🎉🎊🥳 Top Ryde Timezone, my daughter turned 10 she had an amazing 🤩 time, Lenny looked after the children as if they were her own. She went out of her way to see how the adults were too. The kids did bowling, the 2 older ones played pool and laser tag then it was time for Timezone games, then they all went to the Timezone shop and spent their points. Lunch was served and then the birthday ice cream cake 🎂, finally to finish it all off they had a ball on the bumper cars. As there wasn’t many parties booked we were very spoilt with plenty of time. We were there for around 3 1/2 hours or more. The kids were exhausted that evening. Many thanks Lenny and Timezone, I highly recommend Top Ryde. 👍🤩🎁🥳

We hosted our son’s party at Timezone Top Ryde. He and his friends had the best time! Hazem was our party host who was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire party 👍 The party room is great and all things are thought of to assist to make the party run smoothly. The kids favourite thing was the bumper cars at the end of the party!!!

It was awesome experience for my kids to have birthday party here. Our host Hunter made everything to have a smooth and an amazing day for us. Kids played bowling, drove bumper cars and played arcades.

We would like to special thanks the two party hosts Stella and Elyse for being so patient and professional dealing with 25 teenagers during my daughter’s 14th birthday last 3rd of September in Zone Bowling Top Ryde. My daughter celebrated her birthday in Zone Bowling Top Ryde for two consecutive years now, we love coming back because it’s a family friendly fun and taking birthdays to a whole new level.

Charlotte and George were incredible. Very kind and attentive to all our needs. Nothing was too much. They looked after us so very well. The kids had an incredible party. Thank you both for all your hard work. We will be back for more Timezone parties!!

Today we celebrated my child’s 8th birthday with 18 of his friends at Timezone Ryde. Our hosts were Nathan and Anne and they were fantastic! They managed the party from start to finished in an orderly fashion. This involved ensuring the kids all had laser tag, arcade games, bumper cars and then finished off with food and cake. Nathan cut and served the cake for us. They really took the stress out from us. We will be back!! One happy customer.

We were hosted by Ryan! He was very nice and the organisation was smooth and well attended. We also bought the ice cake and we loved it. Definitely the boys had such a good experience

SCAM, half of the machines weren’t even working. Waste of time. Where do I start? Arrived at 10:30am on a Sunday. Half of the machines that I wanted to play with were “temporarily unavailable”. What does that mean? You don’t want my business? OK, here’s what’s disturbing. 3 out of 7 claw machines weren’t working. A disappointed dad warned me not to swipe as the machines weren’t working. One of the other families wanted to play with the claw machines so they asked for staff’s assistance. A female staff said she couldn’t help because she was busy with the party people. Then the family went to the counter to ask for help, a male staff came had a look and said they could just play with the machines that were “working”. Third time lucky, they asked for another staff and this time the female staff actually opened the glass door and it looked like she was trying to “fix” the machines. If you thought they were going to put more toys out and fix the machines, WRONG. This tall female staff with a sad face was actually “tidying up” the machines and she strategically squished the soft toys together so that it would be hard to put the claws between the toys. She looked around suspiciously as she put all the soft toys in rows and made sure they are perfectly lined up with no loose toys laying on top. Donkey was moved to the back. I don’t know if she was trained to do this. Either way. Claw machines were out. What’s next? Well half of the machines that I wanted to play with were not working. So I decided to use my card in another store. But I couldn’t just leave without getting the kids something. So we walked into the so called prize vault. And guess what? Again, half of the shelves were empty. Can you tell the staff to do some work instead of standing there chatting? PS I won a soft toy in another store using the remaining credits on the card. Thank you. PPS If you keep deleting my review that means you feel guilty as you want to hide the truth.

My daughter's 10'th birthday party was so successful here at Timezone Topryde on last Saturday. Our coordinator was Princess and she showed her best manner. Princess was so adorable and helpful like her name. She organized everything and offered cold water when kids were thirsty after game and cared them like guardian. They just followed her and didn't need my help at all. Thank you for your help, Princess. So appreciated!! So recommended~~~
