This place is soooooo good!! Such a wonderful selection of cheese, meat, and wine! Delicious and relaxing lunch— everyone is so friendly as well! 100% would recommend!

We got a great introduction, explanation about the Cheese they do by their own. The mixed plates we had and the fish was very tasty. We bought there cheese, wine from the region, olive oil and sardines.

We had a great gastronomic experience. Thank you for the time travel in the museum and the opportunity to get a small slice of your history and present! It will remain a lifelong memory for us!

We had a wonderful lunch at PER. Cheese and meats were both outstanding. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful too - so helpful and friendly. We are really looking forward to coming back the next time we are in the region.

We were able to book a tour at the end of the day despite them being very busy and were shown around by the lovely and enthusiastic Giorgia. She explained the history of the site, how cheese is made and how they are developing and experimenting with new types of cheese all the time. Afterwards we were talked through 4 cheese and 4 wines choose specifically for the cheeses which were all wonderful. We then decided to stay and purchased a further cheese board, bottle of wine and salads. The service was very good, the cheese was superb and we had a very enjoyable evening. I highly recommend visiting and tasting their cheese and we look forward to returning to try more cheese!

We did the cheese tasting experience and tour with an additional small lunch and it was heaven! We learned so much, bought a lot of cheese and wine at their store and had a really good time.

The cheese tour was extremely informative, we had a large group and our guide was attentive and spent the time to answer questions. Our lunch was also wonderful, I would definitely recommend it.

Cheese. Bread. Cheese. Delicious slices of ham from heaven. Wine. Beer. More cheese. So glad we came here after forgetting to make reservations for dinner tonight! Perfect start to our prosecco country stay!
