My family and I absolutely love this place. We moved in about a year ago and we still love it like the first day we toured. It's close to all stores and supermarkets. It's quiet and neighbors are friendly. Lots of space in our home. Playground for the kids to play in. The gym is my favorite! We'll be here for a while. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend Greenbriar Estates!

It is a very clean and well managed — My husband and I enjoy living here. It is a quiet and friendly place. I love the spacious townhouse and openness of the rooms. The staff are great and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We have had no problems with our home and don't regret moving here. We really love living here.

I love living here! Eileen and Stephanie are great with all questions and concerns. The leasing office holds events all throughout the year really making the residents feel appreciated. Donnie and Nic are great too and maintenance requests are responded to in a quick manner! Not to mention, the grounds are kept impeccable. I would recommend Greenbriar Estates to anyone!

Clean, Safe, Efficient, and Family- Friendly. — I have lived here for over 3 years and in 2 different units. Our first unit had a flooding problem - this was a structural enviro issue, and we finally took management up on their offer to move us to a different unit. Besides this, we have had an excellent experience. Eileen has always been kind and helpful. Mr. Jim, the maintenance manager has gone elsewhere, and we miss him But the new maintenance crew seems efficient and friendly too. The neighborhood is so quiet at night, you could hear a pin drop. It is safe enough for my 9 year old to roam around on his bike and walk around the neighborhood with his friends. The grounds are well maintained, always clean. GBE could use more outside amenities besides the 1 playground, but it sounds like WPM is working on that. Some of the rules are pretty strict, but for the good of the gander I suppose. I can see both sides. The inside of the homes are well designed, large kitchen, lots of storage space. I have recommended 2 of my colleagues to move in here, and they like it too. If you're looking for a busy, bustling neighborhood that's close to everything and you'll be BFFS with your neighbors, this is NOT the place for you. But if you like peace and quiet, cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, you may just love it.

I feel inclined to say to you how wonderful all four of you are and we consider it a true blessing to have had the opportunity to share a year with you. We will miss all of you so very much as we feel like each of you have become part of our family. My husband and I are very happy with our Townhome. I love all the space we have for our belongings, pet friendly and it just feels like HOME. The Staff is amazing, very helpful from the beginning and still till this day. Grounds are well kept and if I had any issues in the Townhome, maintenance took care of immediately. If your looking for a clean, safe and quiet place look no where else. You'll be happy here...

I am beyond happy here. The management is awesome they are extremely personable, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. There are NO bugs and zero problems. Any issues they fix within 24 hours. I’ve been here for almost a year now and I am so beyond happy. My neighbors are awesome and I LOVE their community events. If you need a place this is your place! I’ve looked at 100s of places and lived at 2. This is my 3rd. This place tops them all! I’m so very happy here!! Plus they LOVE pets & that makes my heart so happy. They truly care and I’m so blessed that I found them!! Oh and the space is amazing! I love my rooms and bathrooms so much!

I do not like the way they treat new potential renters. To me, it’s a very shady business they got going on with the company that does their rental verifications, Poeknows. I traveled out of state; 3 hours to be exact to view these apartments. Stephanie is a very lovely person and she was great. Filled out the application, paid the application fees was advised that someone from poeknows will be contacting me for rental verification, okay great. I hear from them the day before thanksgiving and the lady i spoke to was very rude in talking to my husband. I then talk to her and she asked for me to answer the questions for my husband which is very weird. She asks me to send her the rental ledger via email, i do—twice! Eileen calls me a couple of days later and advises that they don’t have an update from poeknows because they didn’t get my rental ledger; advised that i sent it twice and should’ve got it. Eileen then stated “well we cant hold the apartment forever you know”—such stellar service, love the way she talks to potential renters. Has me reach out to poeknows to do all the back leg work. I call eileen back the next day, still no update and i advise that poeknows has all the information and she states that she will call me back. As far as poeknows goes, they have everything and everything looks great—BUTTTT still no call back from Eileen from green briar and its been 2 weeks—and to be honest i wouldnt want to rent from a property manager who is smug and rude because i know they will only cause issues. Out of state movers or movers in general BEWARE! UPDATE! Just got an email advising that we were declined because of income which is ridiculous because my partner and i make more than enough money…and stayed that the info i sent them regarding my rental ledger wasnt sufficient enough and they couldn’t get ahold of my apartment manager. Just called my rental office and they stated no one called them LOL what a joke!
