I had a great experience visiting your establishment, but have not received the purchase of olive oil I made while there. This was made on May 1st. If you follow up with me, I will change my review.

We have successfully bought olive oil from this producer, over a number of years, shipping it into the UK. We have been loyal customers. However, in May we placed an order for €200 but we didn’t receive it. After a number of weeks we enquired as to its whereabouts. Eventually we were told it had been returned to them and they would resend. Several weeks went by but still no olive oil arrived. We asked for our payment to be refunded and there began a complete debacle. All communication is via WhatsApp. Messages simply ignored. (Messages were sent in Spanish). Weeks and weeks of sending messages asking for a refund and receiving no response. Messages were read, ignored and no response given. We even had a Spanish friend call on our behalf (twice!) and it was promised that our payment would be refunded. All details required for refunding our payment have been provided, more than once. Somebody promised to send proof of refund. Nothing. We have invested way too much time trying to deal with this company. Their approach is unprofessional and uncaring, needless to say we will no longer be buying olive oil from them or investing anymore time trying to get our refund. They are thieves!!! Please be aware!!!! Do not give them any money as you will not get it back. We do not recommend dealing with them, they are unprofessional and don’t deserve your business.

If you like olive oil and mills you'll love this place! We popped in and had a wonderful time. Juan was warm and welcoming and spoke very good English. The tour was information and fascinating. Their olive oil is totally organic and very tasty as is the homemade liquor Juan's uncle makes, and the jamon marinated in their olive oil (wish we'd bought a bigger jar). You get to taste the olive oil with fresh bread, a large glass of the honey tasting sherry type liquor whilst watching a video showing the mill in action. Absolute gem. A treasured experience.

This place is wonderful! Juan and his mother are very open and friendly. After a great tour of the mill, I had a sample tasting of the best olive oil I have ever tasted.

Such a welcoming experience and really enjoyed the tour. The owners of an 11th generation company truely made us feel welcome. At to say the least the oil was unbelievably yummy! Highly recommend.

Visit the place which was in a dreadful condition, even though to help we placed and paid an order to buy and ship several containers of olive oil which we never received nor did we received our money back

Very basic rooms and minimal personalized service but overall a nice location and clean place to stay. No WiFi

I love to experience authentic local culture- and this place was the epitome of doing that. 11 generations of olive oil production. The current family memory running the operation and doing the tour (in Spanish). The old equipment that used to be steam powered before converting to electricity. The pictures on the walls of the family with prize bull fighters and even with Ernst Hemingway. Not to mention, great olive oil and personal service that only this kind of ownership can bring. Visiting was one of my favorite parts of my vacation in Spain.

Very friendly and delicious olive oil.

Authentic Spanish house - just like flying back 7-8 decades in time. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, big enough living room with sofas. We really enjoyed the day we spent there. The neighborhood with the village and its medieval castle worth to see. Also the restaurants nearby with traditional local foods are nice.

We did the visit to the oil mill with a tour party. We felt this could have been a great experience if they were actually making oil at the time but we only got an explanation about the process and then an oil tasting which was just dipping stale bread into the olive oil in a bid to get us to buy some. Missed the mark and the hosts weren't particularly entertaining.
