They always make great food and when its busy, they make sure to apologize for any wait. Tonight they were very professional when a rude adult customer was being very disrespectful and causing a scene unnecessarily. All of the workers went up and beyond while the customer was causing issues and handled it with class. The fries were amazing and the burger even better. Highly recommend this location, and the employees and manager deserve recognition for professionalism.

Wayyy too expensive for the smallest burger and smallest fries and a bottle of water $25 for 1 person. Not outstanding either. Burger is greasy. Place was freezing inside.

Food is tasty and wait times are low. Prices can be a bit high but it is a fun splurge for summer

Beyond one of my favorite five guys places to eat I go there any chance that I can to have a nice burger and fries!! My time recommend a bacon cheeseburger burger combo of grilled onions and grilled mushrooms along with jalapeno peppers I call it the Gomez Burger!!

Normally love Five guys but today's experience was less than good. Placed a decent sized order and figured it would take at least 25 minutes but you go there for fresh cooked food. We barely sat for ten minutes and our was ready. I thought great that was fast! The fries were not double fried they were oil soaked soggy fries. They also normally greet you but nothing. It wasn't busy either. Never had that experience there.

When I got off work in the evening of December 26, 2023, my wife ordered a meal in advance on this store’s website. When we went to pick up our food, the staff told us that they had not received confirmation of our online order, but there was a confirmation notification on my wife's phone that the order was successful and the credit card had been charged. Our English is not very good. The staff said the money would be refunded to us in a few days, so I paid again with my credit card to buy some food. A few days later my wife's credit card was charged. We have now filed a claim with the credit card company. My experience this time was terrible. This is the worst consumer experience I have had in the United States in ten years. Please tell me why my wife can successfully order food on your website, but the staff cannot see this information when she picks up the food at the store? Why was the final fee charged? We actually paid double the price and hope you can stop this from happening.

Burgers have def gotten noticeably smaller. Tasted good but I remember barely/not being able to finish 2 of the little bacon cheeseburgers and recently plowed through them like they were nothing. Blame the economy but things are getting ridiculous in the food industry.

Fries were seasoned well, not overly salty. The burger was cooked to perfection.

Pros: Prompt and quick service, burger had extra hot sauce when asked, and it’s a damn good burger. Cons: Extremely lazily done Cajun fries; I’m not sure why this seems to be an issue with Five Guys as a whole, but the fries had an extremely disappointing low amount of seasoning for the price, they might as well have been plain. Nearly every five guys save for one in the several across CT that I’ve been to has had a subpar amount of seasoning done and the whole point of these amazing fries IS their flavorful Cajun fries. Maybe next time. The fact is, is the FG Cajun fries are an S tier fry experience - right up there with McDonalds. But when not seasoned - they turn into a C tier experience.

Good food. Really enjoyed the burger

Was so excited to eat this and got home and the burgers were terrible. The sloppiest, most disgusting sad burgers and the fries were a half done soggy mess. So disappointed
