Amazing experience at Blue Nile KOP! I was searching for an engagement ring for a surprise proposal that was going to happen in Hawaii. I was initially overwhelmed with the available choices and logistics in regards to getting the ring in time, but with assistance from Ron, Melissa, and the rest of the staff at Blue Nile, I was able to give my fiancé an amazing and unforgettable proposal. I would highly recommend Blue Nile to anyone. Their professionalism, knowledge, friendly nature, and no sales pressure tactics makes this place worth considering for all of your jewelry needs. Me and my fiance wanted to buy a wedding ring We saw a few in Tiffany and we got into Blue Nile Glad i went to Tiffany before, because i was able to appreciate the customer service here just because i went there. Not that Tiffany was bad, but Blue Nile's customer experience was amazing. We learnt about the different options they had, how cost varies based on different aspects like caret, size, etc,. They also have a nice tablet in which they demo the products they have with all sorts of filters. They encourage you to use that, didn't apply any sales pressure, educated me with all the details i wanted. I came out not just deciding what we wanted to buy, but also the details of what we are paying for. Thank u so much Adian, who made our shopping such a pleasant experience.

We just stopped by to get our rings cleaned, which takes less than 5 minutes but they wouldn't let us in. They said they close at 8 pm and we came in at 7:15 and they said they wouldn't take us. I don't understand...it's not like they had any customers and they were all just sitting there doing nothing.

I went there to go look at rings for myself and was helped my a young lady named Amari she was such a great help and joy to be around very professional and very informative with color of stones and cuts of the stones would go back 10/10 customer service

I had the opportunity to purchase a classic piece of jewelry at the Blue Nile store in King of Prussia. Ron assisted me and was outstanding. He really knew his stuff. There was a slight hiccup in delivery and Ron was all over it. Great customer service. If you go to Blue Nile in KOP for any type of jewelry, ask for Ron. He delivers!

My wife needed a replacement neckless chain and Blue Nile had a great online selection at reasonable prices. There are so many online jewelry sources that do not inspire trust it's great having one that does.

I visited this store with my fiancé-to-be, and Ginny (Virginia) was such a pleasure to deal with. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to guarantee we had a great customer service experience. While we were just shopping around and did not purchase that day, we do hope to return!

My partner and I had an appointment set-up with Ron at KoP to discuss a specific engagement ring style we had seen on the Blue Nile website. We were nervous only because we had one experience with a prominent brick and mortar that felt way too sale-sy, pushy and left us feeling uncomfortable to want to return. It was night and day with Ron - he was professional, friendly and completely consultative - providing extensive expertise and education on diamonds, and always maintained awareness and sensitivity to our budget throughout, never once trying to push us in any direction. Rather, Ron was there as an advisor to us to make us feel comfortable and well-informed. It took not even 2 days for us to reach back out to Ron with a decision to move forward on a beautiful ring - to which Ron was extremely responsive and lovely to engage with. We can’t thank him enough!

We love Blue Nile! We looked at many stores for engagement rings, and Blue Nile had the most flexibility AND the conflict-free diamonds I was looking for. We made a slightly customized order, and worked with Ron. He was fantastic! But every employee we've interacted with (like when we chose and picked up our wedding bands) is wonderful. Liz and Taylor are the simply the best! I had no idea what to expect when I walked in, but we left with the exact rings we had in mind. These two are so smart and helpful, making the whole process of ring-buying so simple and comfortable. We learned so much from them and they helped us save money without sacrificing quality. If I could give a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. The hardest part was waiting for our rings to get delivered (haha). We went to several places to find a ring and this was by far my favorite. Ron was very helpful and really went above and beyond to explain to us the different diamonds and settings. He made sure that we got what we wanted and I never felt like he was trying to push us to buy something more expensive just to make a sale. I loved the ring selections they had and getting to pick out the diamond was an interesting experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a ring who doesn't want to deal with "salesmen" but experts instead. The prices were also very reasonable, which is always a plus!

Blue Nile's showroom in KOP is wonderful!!! Their staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. Sydney helped me out and her follow up was above and beyond.

The customer service are very professional and friendly. Will answer all of your questions and are very accomodating and thorough with their explanation. The website have so much more items than in the store but they can always order the item you like to the store.Personally, for pricey jewelry,its better to see them for yourself. Pictures can look different. Its also great the fact that they clean our BN rings for free! Making them looks brand new each time. 10/10 reccomends.
