Do not go to this place unless you want a horrible experience. You are literally met with rudeness, Karen who works at the front desk is racist, disrespectful, and completely ruined the reputation of this place. The medical staff is okay but I felt like my concerns and questions weren't answered fully and felt rushed like they had better places to be. 0/10 don't recommend.

Amy Smith is a cold, inattentive, unfriendly provider. She did not use any words to show care or try to make me feel comfortable. I came in for a skin cancer screening- when she came into the treatment room, she asked if there was anything I was concerned about, rather than doing a thorough skin check herself. She was in the treatment room for approximately 5 minutes. However, front desk and the MA were friendly and efficient.

Really upset with this place, and regret paying my consultation of $112 I had an appointment at 10:20 they did not take me back to the room in till 10:50… the doctor did not come in till 11am. Upsetting, the doctor literally saw my face, did not even ask me questions of what products i was using, like no questions. She turned to her assistant and diagnosed me with something and told her to send my prescription and that was it literally in the room with me less then 5 mins. I was just in a bad mood i just wanted to leave and regret not asking the questions i had. I had requested an hour from my work day, for them to take an hour just to take me to the back room. i just wanted to get out. I have a follow up, but honestly not even sure if its worth it.

I am disgusted with this office. I had a scheduled patch test, I went to the office and the doctor came into the room to tell me they had no doctor to read my results the next two days. They scheduled me wrong and nothing was done for me that day day. i went to the front desk where they told me i had a 60 dollar cop pay- which i fought because once again they made a mistake and i had NOTHING done that day. I called the business office the next day to make sure I wasn’t getting a bill they reassured me I was not. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, they said one would call me in a few days. I still have not received a phone call this was two weeks ago AND I just got a bill for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE THEY CLEARLY BILL YOU WRONGLY AND APPARENTLY MAKE UP REASONS THEY SAW YOU IN THE OFFICE. I am so disgusted by the way they have handled themselves. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist. I am happy to sign my name on this- Cara Schiavo Brooke!

We moved recently to the area and we were looking for a new dermatologist to treat my wife, who has rare skin condition. We saw a P.A., who appeared to have no idea what the condition was was and said my wife needed surgery, despite our contention that the previous doctor saw no success in that. We called our previous doctor, who referred us to a specialist at a hospital in Philadelphia. That doctor immediately diagnosed the condition and set a new course of treatment. So my advice to this office is that, No. 1, we should have seen a doctor, not just a P.A., and No. 2, the P.A. should have spoken with our previous doctor, which we requested, or at least consulted someone else or did some research on the condition. Not a good experience.

Multiple times I’ve needed treatment/paperwork/medication done from them ASAP they took more than 3 business days to complete it. They like to move at a slow pace when getting people what they need. They refuse to sign me onto disability because they “don’t know how my health will be in the future”. I need it NOW. Not in 6 months. They biopsied an area that wasn’t flared up and are now telling me I’m “just allergic to nuts” and shouldn’t be in this much pain. They also want to do a second “when I’m flared up” but need to schedule an appointment. Idk when those flare ups are. I’ve been dealing with this for EIGHT MONTHS. With the biopsy I told them I felt pain and they said “you shouldn’t I numbed you”. It’s almost like I needed the numbing DEEPER because the biopsy went kind of deep. Sonja Julian seemed very annoyed I brought in complaints to her and was trying to rush me out of the room and get the procedure over with. I’ve been waiting on calls from office manager who will be “in in a bit.” But they can’t tell me what hours. It’s been a full business day. No call back. I’m about to report the place for malpractice for disregarding my health and the health of others. The only saving grace are how sweet the nurses are. Doctors and Karen at the front desk are rude and clearly can’t do their jobs.

I brought my son to Advanced Dermatology for treatment. The office staff at very friendly and accommodating. Appointment time was prompt, and Amy Smith seemed thorough in her evaluation. Hopefully the treatment plan will be effective; however it is too soon to tell.

Update 2023: excellent experience- thorough check. Pain free removal. Kind doctors and nurses. Clean office!!! Very happy! 2018: They were very nice and fit me in, in a timely manner. Although, I feel like my physical went too quick and she didn't thoroughly check me. Previous dermatologist was longer and more thorough.

Good in general , but I ran out of medicine and it was not possible to contact them by phone. the procedure to request a refill must be clear and reliable. Dr . is very attentive and always willing to help.

Everyone was pleasant. Had to wait 1/2 hour or more past appointment time to be taken. Was told there was a back up. Only thing was there was no doctor there, only a PA.

For being as busy as they are- this staff is friendly and accommodating. I felt like everyone was very thorough and didn’t want to rush me. I find that important especially in a doctors office.

The care is wonderful but every time i go, I have to wait over 45 minutes. They should call to let you know so you are sitting in the waiting room

So poor communication. I was at the office little late and i called them and they said continue coming in. I went there and they literally said they don’t know who i spoke with but they can’t see me. Literally there was no patient in the waiting room. 20 minutes late they considered really late. Poor communication between patients and staff
