Wasn’t admitted to venue on 28/8/23 because I “weren’t dressed well”. Asked security guard what his issues where and how I could address them but he just said that he didn’t like my outfit. I had a white north face shirt on, black Vans shorts, white nike socks and Arc’teryx trail running shoes with a bit of sand on them. I’ve seen people walking in with ripped up shorts, probably counterfeit Gucci and whatever shirts and people in these Arab mocha shoes, no issues, what so ever. Clearly, nothing of what I was wearing, was violation any kind of official dress code and it all came down to the bouncers personal preference. He also got aggressive when I tried to have an open conversation about their dress code and what he didn’t like about what I’ve been wearing. I ended up going somewhere else, my friends were admitted and thank god I didn’t spend a single dollar in there, and you shouldn’t either. Unless you’d like to support arbitrary superficialness :)
