So, another day and another review from holiday. Going by the same formula and starting with the ambience of the place, Camara cu Merinde manages to create a very cute country home feeling with its decor (barn doors, green wheat, traditional wooden support pilons), but also bringing modernity into the mix with some really nice and comfortable sofas and a dining area in beautiful baby blue pastel colors. An easy 5/5. Now for the serving. Honestly I don't think I've ever met a server this nice, always smiling and always making sure everything is alright and our needs are satisfied. That in addition to the fact that the serving was quite prompt and fast. Another 5/5. The price is the standout here. We had two bottles of water, a sandwich with hummus and baked vegetables (which came with a free portion of fried sweet potatoes and some homemade vegan mayo), another portion of fries, a caprese salad and two tarts (one with strawberry and the other with mint and chocolate). All of this for under 100 lei. The value for what you get is honestly insane and so will be my rating in this category cause I will give a whopping 6/5. Now for the final part and arguably the most important. The food. More specifically the taste of the food. Was it good? Yes, very much so, the sandwich combined its ingredients wonderfully, however I would've liked a bit more acidity in it, some sort of pickled cucumbers or onions would've elevated it to perfection. The potatoes and the homemade mayo were really good as well. The salad was surprisingly good, the vinaigrette they serve with the salad and the addition of a seed mixture (sunflower, sesame and pumpkin) really give it a wonderful taste. The tarts were also delicious, especially the chocolate-mint one, however, the strawberry one was a bit bland at the beginning. All in all, the food gets a solid 4.75/5 The final rating for Camara cu Merinde rounds down to 5/5, definitely worth coming to and a a warm big recommendation for any vegan/vegetarian who travels to Constanta.

I only ate by delivery from here so far, and besides the fact that the food arrives really quick, everything's always fresh and it makes me happy that I ate it afterwards. I also love that they add packaging with nutritional information, ingredients and more. I find it really useful as I love to know what I eat. Definitely a go-to in person whenever I have the chance. I'd love to also star the atmosphere and service.
