The restaurant has an amasing location, next to the beach, the tables on the spacious terrace offering an unforgettable view during the summer (Black Sea, Modern beach, Tomis Marina). The menu is varied and focused especially on fish, seafood and meat dishes (Romanian and Mediterranean cuisine), extremely well prepared. The wine list includes both Romanian (mainly) and international brands. The prices are moderate to high, but every penny spent in this location worth it! 😀 The restaurant is also open during the winter (as Cezar, our very kind and professional host, told us), but regardless of the season, advance booking is recommended.

Absolutely amazingly tasty food, great service, stunning views of the ocean, and a beautiful ambiance at night. Friendly staff, all of the dishes were served fresh and hot, superbly delicious! We had the chicken, the filet mignon, and perfectly blended tasty four cheese pasta. The mint lemonade was the perfect mix of mint and citrus, while the URSUS beer on tap couldn’t have been colder…absolutely top notch. Awesome place for celebrations of any kind, taking in the waves and sea-view, or even a quiet romantic dinner out with your special someone. 5 stars all the way, all pros and no cons here !
