Disgusting place. We ordered some pizzas, a pasta and a soup and the order arrived 3 hours and 10 minutes later. I called 25 times to know what was happening and nobody cared, it was like a joke. On top of things, i had to pay this cold food, because it was already midnight and we didnt have a choice at the moment. DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SCAM.

After failing to place my girlfriends order we waited 15 minutes for them to notice and another 20 minutes to receive my order..... needless to say mine was now ice cold, and I lost my appetite, but they made up for it in apologies and desert......

The quality of this place does not match the appearance. You walk in to a chíc and busy looking modern restaurant. Even the courses on the menu look intriguing and special. Unfprtunately, thats where the appearances start crumbling for this restaurant. Customer service looked like they did not really care to serve us and seemed rather bored. Again the appetizers looked great, but fell short on taste. Maybe they used a bit too much garlic on the bruchettas and could have made the meat platter with a bit more umph. The main dish was plainly a dissapointment. I dont get, why cant they prepare a full dish with ready sides that match perfectly with the meat they are serving. No, you order the main separate and side dishes with it separately. I believe you just cant get a wholesome experience where each taste just seems to build on one another this way. Also, my meat was way overcooked. Deserts were better than expected at this point! My friends had the Papanas and pancakes with ice cream and said these were quality products. I had a milkshake and thought the viscosity could have been thicker, it was like milk with a hint of mango. To summarize, this place focuses more on appearances rather than inbuilt quality in the food and customer experience. Prices were steep as well in local terms.

I and another friend ordered the same dishes. Pasta with salmon. The salmon taste was very bad in both dishes. We reclaim about it, they took the dishes to the chef, and chef told that it was impossible that salmon tasted bad. We told that we won't eat the salmon and we ordered another dishes. In the end we had to pay both dishes. The salmon and the second one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND go to this restaurant. The food taste was bad and the atitude from chef was unacceptable!!

Nice place but don't go if you are hungry. It takes 30-45 mins to order and at least an hour to get the food. Best time to go is right after you've eaten somewhere else because you will be hungry again by the time the food arrives. Aside from that, it's a nice environment, very busy.

Great hospitality and the food was fantastic, prices are good for the area and the atmosphere is brilliant. I had the single burger and it was delicious very juicy with plenty of different tastes from each of the ingredients inside. Well worth a pop in for a nice meal especially if you have it late evening/night like we did there was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy.

Despite the fact the restaurant was not crowded, the services were poor. One person received the meal after the others finished, another one received the food cold ( A burger; Really?!). Definitely I would not go again. Another two tables were spotted with food almost untouched, so it is not just an accident.

Unfortunately this is not THE place to eat in Mamaia. Quite old school type of service, average food and terrible coffee. When it comes to cleanliness minus 6 stars. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend.

Poorly managed, food come after more than an hour, some of the drinks forgotten. And the prices doesn't add up with the services at all! Too expensive for the manner we have been treated by staff.

Pizza was horrible. Probably the worst pizza I have ever har in my life. Seemed and tasted like frozen pizza. Lots of bread, bad pizza dough. The gin and tonic - very strong and not well prepared. On the other hand, the Rafaello milkshake was good.
