When my friends and I first visited this establishment we thought it would be a nice, enjoyable experience although we were completely wrong. The workers took forever to take our order, while also getting our orders wrong. My friend is allergic to mushrooms and asked for her pizza to have none. Instead they brought out a pizza with mushrooms and when she asked for them to remake it, they refused even when she explain that she is highly allergic to mushrooms. They clearly do NOT care about their customers. The server continued to fight with my friend and after she sent the pizza back he refuse to offer her an alternate meal. After everyone was done eating we sat at the table for at least 45 mins waiting for the server to bring the check. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had since visiting Constanta. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment. Go somewhere where they at least can offer better service and better attitudes.

Shame on you for not telling your guests that you already include 10%on your bill.

this used to be my go to place to eat in mamaia but not anymore :( last time i went the staff was unnecessarily rude. We ordered some food, and after 1 hour of wait we finally said somethimg about it, there were people who literally ordered after us and got the food before and their excuse was that we ordered a burger amd it takes a long time to make, and all the other food we ordered is ready but they didn’t bring it. So when they brought everything except the burger it was cold and sad of course because its been sitting for one hour :/ terrible service

The waitress brought me a sweet wine instead of the prosecco I've ordered and she said its the alternative for prosecco :) when asked why she didn't mention and if she can replace it, she said if was already charged and they don't have prosecco anyway.
