It was an unpleasant experience from the reception until the room which was very small. We asked if we could make some pictures on the bar at the top of the hotel (because it was our wedding). After postponing the answer until the last moment, we were “gracefully” declined the opportunity.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, breakfast is good, rooms are clean, all is perfect. Definitely I'll come back

A 3 stars hotel really, no room service, tiny tiny rooms and bathrooms, but you pay for the high view of the see… And it’s worth it… The Sky View terrace is a must see, gorgeous view of Mamaia, breathtaking. I will come back just for the great location (on the beach) of the hotel and the views.

the biggest issue was the elevator every time you want to use it you need to wait from 5 to 15 minutes at least and u wait in a line, because the have only 2 small elevators for the whole hotel The price is extremely big for wt you get, 3stars hotel is way better than this Poor breakfast, very few options The bathroom is really small and not properly functional water pressure is extremely low broken toilet even though we took the best room in the hotel The chairs in the balcony were covered with birds dirt Electricity was cutting off often, it makes you to feel you in an old town. We found some bugs in the room as well.

For me there's only one complaint here. If you're room is at the lower levels prepare for a party, even if you want it or not and, if I understood it correctly, that event saloon at the ground level is theirs also... So that will make some people that want a quite place to relax and sleep at night, run away... Either than that, everything is fine.

Hotel is in a decent location. AC doesn’t work, rooms smell like dust and was dirty. Receptionist were nice but not really helpful in my situation. Book at your own discretion. Definitely, not a 4 star hotel.

Lovely place. The staff were kind and very accommodating.

The rooms are too small for a 4 star hotel. The buffet didn’t reach my expectations. The private beach was pretty good but still not as private as it should be. There were still people that weren’t from our hotel on the beach. The elevator was malfunctioning, before leaving I had to wait 20 minutes for it to come and my room was on the 8th floor. Overall, a hotel that doesn’t deserve it’s reputation as a four star hotel.

Rooms are deff not a 4 star standard, especially the bathrooms, more attention to cleaning, repair work must be done to rooms.

Nice lounge area, nice views but it needs improvements when it comes to cleanliness and breakfast food.

A very good location with acces at the seaside, with a maritim view. The food is good. 🍀💜🍀
