I do not understand how they operate a business like that. No customer service practices at all! Arogants and lack of maners. 3 Star accomodation first of all. Overpriced, charged in error, never corrected. Good luck folks in business!

I was expected 5 star :(, nothing to be even close to 4 star : in the room the water was cold( receptionist: i will fix it, this happes very often). pool: very dirty, never used it , full of sand, spa- closed, even after Sept 1st when the Gouvernement opened everything. ) , Breakfast? Omelets and coffee NOTHING OF 5 star. And you are lucky if get a clean table. I think they outsource the breakfast to the 3 rd party company. They are fully booked for weddings, and maybe their focus is on this ... any ways, the mother and 2 daughters ar on the side almost of the time, and I expected to be everything perfectly :). The location is very nice , but they need more work to be 5 stars . I am looking for this in the future. I hope my review to HELP, not to disappoint. All the best🌈

If you dont speak Romanian and speak in English they will avoid you alot and slow down your service, Is a good location but overpriced compared to other places in the same are I found it like 30 to 40% more in food, drinks, sunbeds, access to the pool and so on. Not worth 4 or 5 stars

*BEWARNED: SERVICE FOR FOREIGNERS IS TERRIBLE HERE!!!* We came here to eat during the COVID-19 crisis. They were open and everything, so we sat down. We chose our food to order from the menu (which was on the table already) and waited for the waiter to come. After 20 minutes, still nobody came, so we started speaking to waiters as they passed. One told us he'd come to take our order in "one minute". After watching 3 other people order and another 20 minutes passing, still no one came. This is when we left.

Very bad, they don't serve food to people that are not Romanian or do not speak Romanian. We waited for 45 minutes and called a waiter multiple times, the waiter looked our way but didn't come to us. One waiter (Gabri) came and said in very bad English "one minute please" and never came back. If you don't speak Romanian, don't go there.

We loved the hotel, services and staff. However, we did not enjoy some of the other clients (loud music on balcony, very loud speaking with inappropriate language and even screaming). Maybe the hotel should do a better job when accepting the clients.

Amazing beach, good service but the food its not the best at breakfast, but the Crabon Restaurant is good, but the prices are a little to high, its a FineDininig !

Swimming pool water always in cold condition. Party music until 1am and nothing in the room like water, directory... beside shampoo provided. Kind like over rated place and disappointed. Breakfast and services perfect!

The restaurant has great food and service.

I wish i can comeback here again bcoz made us relax & happy whenever we open the window to see the sea so easily from our room.
