The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the service was prompt and the breakfast was tasty (we had continental and english), and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the old city near all the restaurants and visiting sights + really close to the beach. What we also liked was the AC which kept on going so when we came back the room was nice and cold. The only minus that we had was in our bathroom - the shower easily flooded the floor, but that ain't such a big deal.

Nice friendly staff, tasty food, good wine and nice atmosphere overall. We couldn't pay by card, which was a bit unconfortable, but had a great evening there. The waitress and the bartender, both very nice and friendly people.

We went at the end of october in Constanta and we stayed here for 1 night because it was walkin distance from main atractions in Constanta. They say the hotel is a 4* but although the room is spacious it was extremly hot in the room, the door from the wardrobe almost felt down. The main issue is that you hear absolutetly everything. During the night it was a concert downstairs at the restaurant and the music it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep, although we were at the 4th floor. I called the reception many times to ask them to do something about it and until midnight they didn’t stop. The breakfast is so-so, from the restaurant which is a libanese restaurant, the naan bread it was old, the salads also they tasted like they where from 3 days leftovers. It was the first time we stayed here, but certainly I won’t go again or recommend this place.

Hotel review Probably too vibrant for my liking as in the walls are vibrating during the night from the music playing in the pub (Koong) across the street. I definitely don't recommend it if you want or need to get some rest. We had Saturday and Sunday nights booked, but left on Sunday, as we wanted to be able to rest. The music didn't stop until 4am in the morning. Giving it 2 stars as the rooms are nice, but there's a lot of room for cleanness. They didn't have shampoo & body wash gel, claiming that they have an inventory problem. For a 4 star hotel to only provide with a solid soap is not ok. Nevertheless, we bought our own from the market, but that's something I usually do for 1-2 stars hotels. Breakfast was good, but coffee is not included.

After 15 minutes of waiting, waiter came back to tell us they don't have neither soups (apparently they finished them before lunch time) and not even a plain lemonade. Disappointing location.

To be honest, there is very little I liked about this place. I liked that it was open early and I could have breakfast while other places where closed. The waitress seemed bother with my requests and simply rude. The eggs were hard-boiled and did not taste much. The bread did not taste very fresh either.

They do not care about their customers. At dinner I wanted to order some soup from Menu (they had like 6 types) but they did not want to serve me as they stop serving soups at 17.00. Having some dental problems I have insisted. They told me that a soups have been thrown at garbage. Which was not true. I could not leave as I had already order a bottle of wine. Really bad experience.

so we arrived and no one helped us to a table even though we were visibly confused. we had our menus for more than 10 minutes and not one waiter came to take our order. the peninsula burger i ordered was cold and tasteless. the gordon bleu was good but a a bit burnt. right now we have finished our food for more than 15 mins and no one came to ask us if we want anything else or even take the plates. the waiters are too busy to even watch the room. music was very sad and made everything worse. the decor looks good but that's pretty much everything i liked. definitely do not recommend

I have only been to the restaurant and I must say the food was amazing!! Staff were fast and friendly even though it was very busy, so I give them credits for that. Also the atmosphere was nice.

Employees (especially the ones from the restaurant) need a hospitality course. Customer service is poor. Sat 45 minutes at the table waiting for the breakfast. AC in the room didn't work. Electric windows with no instructions on how to actually use them. Very hot in the room. Will definitely not stay at this hotel anymore. Too pricey for the offered conditions.

Awful and unhelpful waitresses, too busy chatting and smoking instead of taking our order (we had mentioned we had a train to catch so we wanted to pay quickly). I ended up marching up to pay, but I was subsequently ignored because I do not speak Romanian. First time I do not leave a tip in Romania.
