    A real feature on the landscape,the inscription reads 'future generations know that we sacrificed ourselves for the ascension of the fatherland',the original design had wings but this was thought to be a risk structurally.

    It's a very hard place to get,but once you're there you'll have a lovely view of the Danube-The Black Sea channel.

    Unfortunately the road is not good, and the monument is not finished. The view is very beautiful, a quiet place perfect for a short break in nature.
