The beds in the room were super comfy. The breakfast was rather ok. However, everything else was a lot less than I expected for the price and a 4 star hotel. We arrived after a big rain and the parking was flooded with nobody trying to fix anything. The stairs were slippery and I almost fell down. Once again, nobody was doing anything about the situation. The place where the hotel is situated is not the best part of the city with a very loud amusement part outside working until way after midnight.

Nice interior with big rooms. It's designed, or it looks as if, for business meetings and gatherings. The staff is professional and friendly. As a con, the hotel is located right next to some kind of adrenaline park, or whatever it's called, which can be irritating and noisy until 1 am in the morning. I imagine that is the case only for the rooms on that side. We ate breakfast and it was fresh and good. So, overall, 4 star review for a 4 star hotel. P.S. I forget some clothes at the hotel and the reception staff was very prompt in sending them to Bucharest.Thank you ladies!

Horrible experience that I ever had In less than 12 hours, had 4 incidents with 2 different rooms, this says quite a lot about the hotel management. 1. Shower in the first room did not work and had to change the room...this was happening at midnight around 00:00 - 00:30. Even though the room was big and bright, hearing the toilet flushing from the above lounge bar, was not quite relaxing :) 2. Changed the room with one without balcony and surprise, the shower was working but after start washing, realize that the shower gel was empty 3. Asked the receptionist to replace/refill the shower gel and got in return body lotion...asked again to replace the bottle and bring SHOWER GEL 4. Second day went to have breakfast and when returning to the room, could not enter the room because the access card was not working and had to get back to the reception to give me another access card After all this, had a chat with the manager on duty, who acknowledged and agreed with my complains, but when closing the discussion the only thing that he was able to do was to offer a bottle of wine...at 09:30 in the morning, bottle which I left it in the room, mentioning that you cannot make my day with a miserable bottle of wine.

A more than acceptable hotel, extremely comfortable with clean room. The positioning of it facilitates quick access to the beach and city. Breakfast is served on the roof, where the view is very nice, also the food is varied and tasty.

Hotel room is really big . I am traveling a lot internationally and I can say that I saw similar rooms in size only in Las Vegas at the Trump tower . The cherry on the top is the breakfast . It comes included with the reservation and is outstanding . I have never seen such a variety in foods available anywhere where I travelled .The staff is very friendly and accommodating . We arrived early and they checked us in ahead of time . Truly amazing services at an unbeatable price . Highly recommended .

Very good hotel, right in the middle of the Mamaia Holiday Village (Satul de Vacanță Mamaia) Very large rooms and apartments, modernly decorated. Rich and reasonable varied buffet breakfast. Restaurant on site for lunch and dinner. Nice rooftop terrace. Nice views to Tăbăcărie Lake. Free parking, outside and underground. On the downside, most rooms with no balconies, prin few rate cases when present, cramped and almost unusable . Another possible issues: due to proximity to restaurants in Holiday Village, there is loudly music till very late. It didn't bothered us, even if we had rooms exactly on that side, (we like any music in vacation), but it can be problem for more sensitive people.

Good price/quality, spacious rooms, and very friendly staff. The breakfast is not fantastic, but still a good experience.

The hotel is nice. Good team, professional staff. But you better rent a room outside season. Because the hotel is located between a attraction park, several disco and near two main road with high traffic. So you can imagine what's going on during the hight season. But outside season, when everything is closed, it's perfect. Simple but good breakfast.

An original and surprising interior architecture for a hotel in Mamaia! Professional staff, good location! Major minus!!! Kitchen no enough supplied, therefore it is inconsistent with the menu!!!

3 stars is what this hotel deserved. Room was really large with outdated furniture, bathroom with shower was okay. BF was limited but you can request your choice of eggs and they will make it. Parking is free and no worry you will find one. Cleaning is 6/10. No other enjoyable facilities in the hotel. However nearby and walking distance alot of restaurants, Cafe, shopping, grocery and toy land.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, but only 3 stars because the room I was staying in on the top floor was extremely hot, they had turned off the air conditioning even though it was warm outside. When I opened the window there was a dog located at a property next to the hotel that barked a lot. So the choice was boil in my room or be kept away all night with a barking dog.

Nice rooms. TV with various channels. Good buffet restaurant. Tasty meals, coffee, juices and water dispenser. Elevators and stairs available. Another good restaurant is within walking distance 3 minutes.

Rooms are very big, clean and okeish. Though, i think, for the price of it could have been slightly better, but i do recommend it. Close to the beach, and has a lake right nearby. Breakfast was good, and the hosts were nice.

The hotel is new and very nice and modern. The breakfast is rich. The staff is friendly and speaks very good English. The rooms are really big. The rooms also have a balcony, but on the other hand it is very small and almost cannot even be considered a balcony. The design of the elevators in the middle of the open central part of the hotel is interesting. Unfortunately there are only two elevators and they are operated independently, so the one you call will arrive and not the one that is closest available. According to the information in the brochure in the room, it is not recommended to drink water from the tap, which is strange and unusual in such a hotel. The hotel has its own outdoor and indoor parking available free of charge with plenty of free spaces. The location of the hotel is right next to the lake, which is great. It is quiet during the day and there is no noise from any busy roads. Unfortunately, the hotel is surrounded by a fun park where very loud music is played every day even on weekdays until very late night, so it's hard to sleep. So if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, then avoid this hotel.

Located centrally, 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything shuta down on 1st September hence best to holiday before then. Staff friendly. GM is on top of her resort ensuring all runs smoothly. Fun Fare outside resort.

Good location for my business stay off of the beach. The rooms were okay. The towels I had in my room were frayed and showing their age, and the hot water in the shower did not work; the sink was warm, no problem. The bed was comfortable and the dogs chasing each other in the park at 2am can't be avoided.

The first room started to flood after a heavy rain, the second one flooded also, the last room smelled pretty bad because of the sewer. The staff is helpfull and nice, also the food is ok.

Room was big but not without hidden suprices. There is step inside the room so each time you are going in and out of the shower you are risking to fall. Water pressure in the shower was so weak so shower practically is not usable. In restaurant downstairs were cockroaches on the caps.

We had lake view, really nice 🥰 The breakfast didn't compare to the one in Ramada from other countries

Good location very big room big bathroom the internet was weak and the water stream in the bath was very weak . It is 4 stars hotel so it could be better but even that it is very good - brakefest is different story rich tasty great variety realy excellent

The rooms are nice and big the only problem is it does not reflect a truly 4 star hotel, there are a lot of stuff that are not changed, some stuff rusted in the bathroom and the balcony was gross and full of insects.

A nice place to stay. The rooms are well above the size you might expect but could with renovating (paintwork and carpets). The bar staff were delightful and reception staff friendly and helpful. Free parking immediate to the hotel and the location is also good.

I love to take adventurous tours for my holidays, even with rural accommodation, but if I am passing through a city I prefer top quality and safety. Ramada was a pleasant discovery

Nice hotel with decent breakfast. Fabulous lake view but there are lots of mosqiutos in the summer time. The cladding outside the hotel iş effecting the view when you are in the room. But i would suggest this hotel to your stays in Constanta.
