Convenient location, clean room, but the rest was a nightmare. The shower did not drain properly and the AC gave off a smell of stale cigarettes. The receptionist and the janitor were very bad tempered when I asked them to fix this. The latter used some contraption on the shower drain which made zero difference, and sprayed perfume into the AC, which made things worse. We were forced to leave open the windows onto the busy street outside, which was intolerably loud even at night. Also, why put reception at the top of a bizarrely high staircase people have to climb with their luggage? Ever heard of old or impaired people? One star just for the friendly cleaning lady.

The price/room it was quite expensive (95€/night ). The hotel room it was dirty, the furniture was very old, the carpet was as well. The restaurant was very weird, with a very, very poor breakfast, in a very bad way arranged on the table. I will never go back in there, and I also do not recommend the hotel. The price, compared with what they offer, is huge.

Very old furnitures and everything except the bathroom needs renovation. The walls are like from paper. You can hear everything your neighbours do or say at next room. Stuff very polite and trying hard to keep you happy but they can't change the fact that this hotel is very old. Also the steps from the entrance to the reception are a trial specially if you have luggage for some days of staying.. You need to be very fit to arrive with them at reception.

The room was very old with uncomfortable single beds. The guy in the reception desk needs some experience to be able to do his work that he did the invoice three times because of writing mistakes... The breakfast was in a tray to be eat at room because of Corona measures... The left has broken down and I have to go down six floors by stairs. Horrible experience, would never repeat.

Don't recommend. Avoid at any cost !!! Poorly and very bad customer service. Someone shouting at us from the managers office when we arrived. We booked in advance the room when we arrived to the reception they said that they cannot accommodate because my friend is not vaccinated!!! I've done the booking with days in advance through Booking.com We didn't recive any messages that they will not accept if we are not vaccinated!!! On the day of arrival they send me a message on the booking.com app that they have new rules and they need to fallow them. You can be left on the street with them!!! Tragic experience!!!! Avoid !!!

Overall good hotel, with helpful service and (usually) empty, free parking spots. On the downside, it's not so close to downtown and the room could use some minor refresh and maintenance.

Bad accommodation overall. This was booked by mistake for me but i decided to stay anyway which was a mistake. I slept only 3-4 hours a night and woke up with bad back pain each time. The bed was bad, really worn off, curved from so much use; the sheets were cheap quality so they overheated and made me sweat and gave me an itching feeling. The pillows were the worst I ever encountered. I never though pillows could be that bad. I asked for other pillows, the guy at reception on Friday, Sept 1, 2023 assured me he will speak to housekeeping and send some but he never did. Poor customer service. The check in lady was the only one providing a bit better service. The balcony was divided by a plastic sheet but you could see through and neighbours could look around and see inside our room. We also had some very noisy american neighbours and made sleep even worse, slamming the doors, listening to loud music, swearing a lot. The breakfast was bad as well. Some sausages floating in water and no taste, the scrambled eggs were full of oil, the vegetables were like plastic. The only good thing from there was the yogurt.

Good location, close to the beach and not very far from the city center. Clean rooms. Can't expect more for the price.

The lady in reception was cold. Room was okay but It felt uncomfortable. The curtains had holes probably from cigarettes. The window in the bathroom couldn't be closed so It was cold. The elevator was scary to use.

Pros: *clean room and bathroom *Friendly staff- good English skills *Hearty breakfast *Nice view (street noise can be high, but I like that) *Good location-5 minutes to the beach *Good price. Cons: *Thin walls *outdated furniture but I didn't mind it. Overall: It's a 3 star hotel, as advertised. It was a pleasant stay.

Not recommended unless you want to be closer to the beach and have no options. Expensive for what offers. Our room was not really clean. Not vacuumed. Furniture was dirty with sticky stuff. Previous guests left a needle, a wine cork, icecream in the freezer and a used little soap in the bathroom. Asked at the front desk to clean properly, said yes, did nothing. Furniture was really used up. Sheets and towels seemed clean though. Comfy bed. It gets very hot on the side facing Mamaia bvd. AC is noisy but works. Poor internet speed, almost not working at times.

Good hotel with friendly and staff. Unfortunately the period I was in the restaurant was closed so there was only a "cold" breakfast served in the room. Very good hotel for the price.

It is a very ok place to stay. There is a 10 minutes straight walk from hotel to the beach. The location and price are it’s main advantages. The furnitures are a bit old tho’ but nothing terrible.

Very nice and clean hotel. We arrived very late and without a reservation. We called the hotel 10 minutes before we arrived to ask if they had any rooms and they said yes, so we checked in at around 10pm. The room was comfortable and in the morning I could see the sea and some skyline from Mamaia resort. This hotel was perfect for us. However, if you want to go to the beach, you definitely need a car to get around. Also, the market, mall and delfinarium are about 10-15 minutes away by car. I recommend it for anyone passing through Constanta or who doesn’t want go to the beach.
