I've been on event room. Doesn't look to bad but there are a lot ballrooms far better. Food is acceptable, service can be improved

This is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location on the beach. Our suite was spacious and really comfortable. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. We loved the pool. I just wish the staff had been a bit friendlier, or friendly at all. Well, the woman at checkout was nice.

The food was amazing and it was well worth it. Can't wait to come back!

The carpet smells so bad old dirty but hidded by old past century furniture the cauch full of stains not s very good material they didnt Invest în the furniture or redecorateing at all Last 20 years or so The carpet smells like there îs a dead man underneath and at the corner are stains and very used The room service îs not free The mosquitos everywhere I couldnt sleep one hour without itching scratching myself and they hâd nothing against mosquitos and they didnt care either about customer beeing bitten The balcony mosquito webs were broken The staff îs friendly especially restaurant staff The food îs very tasty The pool îs very deep în the middle there s no warning about it I was almost drawning myself în it I screamed help none heard me they have no life saver music too loud I got so lucky I could got off the pool all by myself alone and still alive Its not a 4 star hotel its a 3 star When I asked for a discount been told no we cant

This is our 2nd year coming. Each family has different expectations and ours were always met. My twins are picky eaters and the chef always helped us to find dishes that they could eat. I want to thank Elena from F&B and the management for improving the product. We will be back in 2024

Excellent pool area, excellent air conditioning , the usage of the beach chairs is really great. Breakfast was great but the dinner was awful, so much so that we had to leave and have a dinner elsewhere.

Lovely experience here with great services. Everything is very clean, from the rooms to reception and restaurant, the staff took care of everything all the time. The food here is fresh, diverse and tasty and in the evening you should eat on the terrace which is covered with trees and gives you a nice relaxing vibe, especially listening to the live music. Will definitely return here for future summer holidays.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the junior suite. It was big enough for us. It had a good view of the sea. Very friendly stuff. Only one downside, they had some repairs underway when we were there but that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

I know this hotel for decades, they should reconsider their policy not being exclusivist for people that do not love animals.

The food was amazing, one of the best selections I have had at a hotel so far; from the main courses to the desserts. The restaurant is also a buffet, so you can try whatever food you like from the selection. Definitely recommending to get lunch and dinner if possible. The room was very nice as well. Very spacious, with 2 ACs, and a nice couch. Also, the house keeping was top notch. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities other than the pool tho. A couple of ping pong tables or pool tables would have been nice. Also, the pool can be easily reached by outside people since there is no one checking the entrance. And I didn’t like the towels the hotel was offering at the pool. That was pretty much what I had to say about this hotel. The beach in front of it is nice as well and it is positioned quite closely to touristic attractions.

I highly recommend this hotel due to great services and conditions.

Tasty food. Very close to their private beach. Pool awesome. Free parking space. Location very close to shops,farmacies and amusament park. We enjoyed also the free activities for kids entertainment.

The hotel is very nice, the pool is great and the location is excellent near the beach. They also have a private beach with chairs and umbrella included. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We had three meals included which is good value, however there were very limited vegan options. There were no whole grains or beans.

First beach line. Good location. Near the park with a large playground, big shopping Mall with supermarket. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast, great waiters. Room cleaning every day. Wi-fi in room, but sometimes the connection is bad.

Food is really nice at this Hotel. Amazing views to the beach..Pool is not big enough but it is sufficient.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Great breakfast, sea view rooms are perfect for every need, pool is clean and heated, you have access to a private beach for free and also to clean towels every day. I truly recommend staying in one of the double rooms with sea view.
