Stayed here from 9/06/12/22. From the evening of 8.12 to 9.12 there was no water in the room, it was not possible to take a shower either in the evening or in the morning. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. It was not possible to get through to the reception, the phone in room 309 did not work. I politely asked the receptionist to take action because it was not worth the money spent, but I was only offered to remove the cockroaches I had killed. The hotel manager didn't contact me all day to apologize. It is surprising and very unfortunate that with such a significant investment in renovation and hotel business (and inside the hotel looks perfect), the service remains surprisingly poor. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review.

Rooms are ok but dont have Water heater or ironing table. Clean and tidy hotel, one disadvantage is does not have a roof bar that you can chill out. But generally i would recommend to stay because of its location..

I'm staying at this hotel right now. Originally I had intended to return to Bucharest in one day, but for various reasons decided to stay the night. Price is not cheap right? So my expectations are relatively higher. The room is nice and spacious. It's clean and the bed is a good size. However, while they have a bunch of amenities such as milled soap, a shower cap, a sewing kit and shoe shine sponges. What they DON'T have is a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste, or a disposable shaver. Seriously? I mean what decent hotel doesn't give you a toothbrush? Spontaneous guests need one. Also, it's pretty cold outside being early March currently 7 degrees c, and yet they only give a very thin duvet. I don't think they've thought things through properly and for a 4star hotel, it's disappointing.

A special hotel, which features spacious rooms and apartments with a modern design and large balconies. On the upper floors the rooms offer an excellent view of the Siutghiol/Tăbăcaria lakes or the Black Sea, in a more distant setting. We were housed in a room from where we could admire both sunrise and sunset. Cleaning was done daily and exemplary. Breakfast was hearty and diversified. The hotel has enough parking spaces and is located in the vicinity of the Holiday Village and about 700 meters from the beach.

Great location, nice view and really centred where you can easily get transportation. A must visit. Have fun!

Nice place. However the balconies can get flooded with smoke from the GF restaurant. No mechanical ventilation in the room. Breakfast was very standard.

Nice hotel, nothing to complain. Clean with all necessary 4* amenities in the room, plus the parking. The Turkish restaurant in the ground floor is exceptional.

Very nice hotel. The only defect is that it can be a bit noisy in the rooms facing the road. Also the breakfast mostly consists of precooked stuff.

A very nice hotel near to probably the best Turkish restaurant you'll ever encounter. Highly recommend it.

Clean, modern and excellent value for money, at least when I visited in March. Has a very nice Turkish restaurant inside, highly recommended!

They tried to charge us for two extra breakfasts, although in the booking.com confirmation the breakfast was included in the final room price. The view from the 1st floor rooms is overlooking the restaurant roof and also the smell is quite bad.The mosquitos net was broken so couldn't vent the room. The hotel has all sorts of new features, but the old habits are still there. We were disappointed!

Over my expectations, every day room service, excellent breakfest and great staff. Location is 10 mins away from the beach. Private parking, AC in the room. The sound proof of the windows is low....heard all the nights live music from the restaurants nearby.

The hotel is based on the business customers. Very clean and very nice staff. The rooms are big and clean. The furniture and the all materials used are top quality. I experienced some problems with the elevator but nothing to ruin my good feeling about the place.

The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The staff was professional but not very friendly. The breakfast was good with some variety of food. The main drawback was the noise outside.

In general it is good hotel and the price is fair, breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are clean and calm. But the woman’s on the reception should study how to be gentle with the guests and basic manners. Saying “Hello” , “Good morning” or “Good evening” and a smile sometimes it is not a big deal and will make you better ;)

Extremely clean hotel, very comfortable beds, a pleasure to sleep and relax in. The staff is kind and well trained. Only problem is relatively thin walls. Otherwise, totally recommend. One last thing: breakfast is awesome!!!!
