Had a reservation for 10 days. Upon arrival the fire alarm sounded continually for a couple of hours until somebody repaired a defective sensor. All the rooms with a beach view were not available so I accepted the room I was offered. Found a small room with dirty carpets and walls. After a 1h sleep I woke up with a stain of blood in my face from a bed bug. Bed sheets were stained also. The bathroom is very small. I checked out immediately. I noticed serious cleanliness problems during my short stay. I will never go back nor recommend this accommodation.

If you stay here, get the upgraded rooms at 9th floor, with balcony. The view is awesome. Good prices and the hotel is great 👍

Great location, rooms are in good condition, the bathroom is small and could benefit from some improvements. You could see some wear and tear marks ( bathroom door not closing well and minor painting defects). Rooms are definitely loud so it's more for adults; good AC , comfortable bed. Clean rooms, nice staff. It's a three stars beach hotel, a good option if this is what you are looking for.

Two stars only because you can sleep in clean bed. I drain water around 15 minutes and hot water even don’t come, I take shower in cold water. Prices to high for place like that, you can fine much better place. Peace ✌️

Great place for families, good all inclusive services, perfect location near the beach and close by the central area of the resort.

We're regulars of this Victory/ Ten Victory, for over 7 years, already. The staff is great and makes customers feel there like home or better. What could anyone want more? And it's on the beach!

Good aspects: Nice location, nice rooms. Negative aspects: they did not have any single hair drier, despite their nr of stars. They claimed to have had only one that "just got broken". They did not bring any new one for the 4 days while I was there. Prices are high. Breakfast was included but was nothing special, you will find something to eat, just do not expect too many choices nor vegetarian food.

Location of this Hotel was just PERFECT and close to the Mamaia Bazar and Telegondola. We could park our car close to the Hotel for free. Access to the beach was very close and easy. Breakfast was also great. Bed was very comfy to sleep. 1 star less because of the very tiny bathroom, no stand for wet stuff on the balcony and room service (gabagge bin is too small and wasn't cleaned up for 3 days). But we felt good and enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent view of the Black Sea. Had a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 balcony doors to 1 large balcony. Hotel Victory Restaurant has a wide assortment of dinner choices, was never disappointed. Bakery on site with a wide assortment of pastries. Hotel is on the beach for a short walk to the sea.

Restaurant review only: long waiting times. The food is way to expensive for what it offers. The waiters, damn. My wife could give birth in the time our drinks came, and she's not pregnant.

Bad smell in the bathroom, no hot water at peak times e.g.8pm (2nd floor), reception staff not helpful, one day the room was left unlocked after maid cleaned it. Changed room, same thing. Paid £100 per night, 6 nights, breakfast included. I don't recommend it. That's why just 1 star.

Long waiting times at the elevators and the elevators gives you a feeling that they will break, the drinks included in all inclusive was one of the worst choises ive met , for example nuemarkt beer, unirea coniac, and the worst wine i drinked in my life. I know that those are free if you have all inclusive but still. The food was good but stay away from grilled food.The room was pretty nice, new tv new AC.

Verry cosy place, a dream view towards the sea. Great restaurant and frendly staff. Beach bar and service. I went two years in a row there and I will go again. A downsize is the parking.

Great breakfast and super fresh watermelon. Varied menu and we loved that we were able to eat outside on the beach. Super location! Get the sea view room! Totally worth it. Woke up every morning to see the gorgeous sunrise We will be back for sure I would add shelves I. The bathroom, maybe above the toilet so we could have to towels in the bathroom and at least a hook on the door for the towel or clothes it would be so handy for when you have a shower! Rooms could use some renovations. The location is excellent, the breakfast is just perfect. Quality / price is kind of meh because of the room quality.
