Inside updates may not be 4 stars finish but the personnel is very nice, the rooms are fairly big (especially the upgraded ones) the food buffet is ok. I missed a decent gym. Theirs is just a 3x4 joke with old junk equipment & The jacuzzi wasn’t working. We r not pool ppl but most guests seemed to enjoy the area. The Elite beach area is good and the bar is well stocked. Overall a very nice 14 days stay!

The food amaized us, it was tasty and more than enough. On the other hand, the pool was not quite clean, the sunbeds were not what we expected. All together it was a good experience.

It's fairly nice and clean, the gardens outside need a lot of work but the location is excellent and right next to the beach, worth staying here for the price. The whole area of Mamaia needs bringing up to date though

Pleasant. Clean, renovated bathroom but the water from the shower flows throughout the bathroom instead of draining into the shower. The balcony door does not close properly, the mosquito net has a broken hinge, the TV remote control is broken. The beach full of shells and stones, you can't walk without slippers. Free wooden deckchairs, without mattress, small reed umbrella with little shade.

Personnel was fine but the hotel is not as good as one would expect for the money. The toilet was old and bath tub rusty and clogged. The bed was not particularly comfortable either. Nice view from the balcony, mostly if you wake up or don't go to sleep before sunrise.

Have not been there! But to the naturist shop nearby! You should improve the accuracy of your location detection, because you might create problems to people you are reffering to with your wrong locations ... 😤😡☹ I intended to write to U from that moment, but delayed it and thought that was only one mistake ..

Room on 4th floor infested with ants. Reception clerk does not speak English. Breakfast is a disgrace. The lifts works most of the time, but no information is displayed if they dont. Parking is very tight. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, if any star at all.

Old, hot water is not very warm, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Good breakfast.

Ceausescu Era hotel (70's) - just not worth it

I guess the shocking thing was to learn that cleaning is done with a broom, not a vacuum cleaner! The receptionist is kindly listening to the issues, but not offering any solution, let alone compensation. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, despite the price. It’s dirty, and had poor breakfast options (omelette really resembled the sole of a rubber shoe), not to mention the broken toilet lid and blocked safe that we couldn’t use. The shower had hairs stuck to the wall, and fluff gathered in corners. We haven’t seen the spa yet, but if the room was as dirty as we found it, i am not keen to try the spa. They didn’t even have ‘do not disturb’ signs! Unacceptable! At least the bed sheets were clean, i have to say.
