Loved the sea view and the proximity to the beach. Staff was nice and ready to help. I particularly liked the breakfast, great variety.

It's a good hotel. Is close to the beach(very important), and you have such a great felling when you step inside, because there are books everywhere. Also is clean, rooms are big and usually, rooms have great view, except for room 107. The breakfast is awsome. Such a variety of food and it takes place right onto the last floor(the bar is on the roof but i didn't count it as a floor) from where you have a great panorama.

Hotel looks fine, but the wheelchair access ramp is way too steep that it verges on being dangerous. It looks like a 60+ degree incline.

This review is about the restaurant/deck on top of the hotel, not about the rooms. First time we came here, to eat on terrace located on last floor of hotel, but it was windy and have to eat, at the restaurant inside, located at the 4th floor. Location is nice with a beautiful view to the beach and the sea. I thinks this is the same location where they serve breakfasts. I didn like because it smell like food inside the restaurant which is not very pleasant. Food was very delicious, the portions was big and with a nice plating, price are very good for the location and for a hotel with 5 stars, around 30-40$ for 2 person for a dinner. Second time we came, we was able to eat on terrace, and it was amazing, the view is absolutely splendid, you can see Mamaia, all the beaches and you get an awesome view to Black Sea, so you eat with a nice view. Again the food was delicious, came very fast and taste so good. Third time we eat inside, in another restaurant, located next to the entrance at first floor. This one was also a nice and fancy one, with a pleasant atmosphere and with good food, here was a nice smell. I have to mention, a nice lady who served us on terrace and on the first floor restaurant, who was very nice and polite. In recommended to eat here, to have a romantic dinner on terrace or you just want to eat a delicious food. The hotel is pet friendly and also the terrace.

Nice place,close to the beach.

Easy to find parking space. Fast elevator. Nice person at reception. Big room, big shower. Good air conditioning. Nice breakfast. Extremely well placed, from beach, restaurant, shops, point of view. Difficult to enter with big suitcase, very steep stairs. Don't think you can enter with baby stroller or wheelchair. We had a room at 3th floor, 307, 308, 309 are all under the restaurant, no sound proof at all, none. At 8 when the staff started to work, we woke up because of the terrible noise of chairs on the floor and you can hear everything. The beds weren't comfortable at all. Every time we left the room, take out the card key with us, the fridge stopped working, no cold drinks.

Great rooms with sea view, clean, quiet. 5/5 The food is extraordinary! The chef is very good.5/5 A big minus the breakfast 3/5 ... no cold drinks at all!! Water is warm even though they had a water machine that can cool water, juice also warm. The breakfast restaurant at level 4, was extremely hot, two AC in the room none working, windows closed... hopefully someone will read this and address this issue, as we are coming back this year.

Fantastic, but the bed was really unconfortable and noicy.

We stayed for two nights in two rooms, one for me, my wife and our dog and the other for my mother-in-law and her dog in this beautiful hotel that has maintained the structure of the past, rooms with a wonderful sea view. Beautiful rooms, tastefully furnished, very clean and sanitized inside which you can perceive a high attention to detail. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Hearty and very varied breakfast. I recommend it to everybody.

It's not just us that loved it here, it's enough to notice the admiration in almost everyones eyes when they pass by. The quality and attention to even the smallest detail make GES hotel a top option in Mamaia. It's located in the heart of the resort, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The staff is absolutely lovely and the food is delicious. You can't go wrong with them if you are ever on the Romanian seaside.

Very nice hotel right in front of the beach. Good breakfast, nice staff. Many books available in the hotel lobby and room. Our room had a wonderfull view over the beach and the promenada area. Against 30 lei/day you may park your car very close to the hotel.

We stayed just for one night in December. Excelent value for the money, the hotel is right on the beach, very clean, variated breakfast, nice personnel.

Amazing enviroment especially staff is so kind and helpful ........ i love the way they behave i am still in this hotel and i will try to get every year inly and only this hotel i am totaly inpressed .....😍

Nice and clean hotel, attentive stuff. Probably good location for the summer but in the winter the area is deserted.

Privat beach not existly

The room was not that nice than in the pictures, it was noisy too. Moreover the hotel has my airpods and they have postponed mailing them now over a week without any excuses. I have tried to ask them to postpone them asap; despite this they seem to ignore my requests.

Room 402. A nice place with spacious rooms and clean. We arrived on a cold weather with strong wind and heavy rain with temperature below 10 °C and the room was very warm being able to stay in tshirt & shorts. Comfy bed but easily making sounds when moving in it. Nice view of the beach. The restaurant does not have many options and a little pricey but a lot more restaurants can be find near. Nice breakfast included in the accomodation price with a lot of varieties.
