The hotel is next to the beach, and the view is one of the best that I ever saw. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was very big.

The room is small, cleaning was made supreficially especially in the bathroom. Thr view is great tought, so I recommend a higher floor for full view. I good note here is the waiting time at the elevators. If you forget something in the room you need to wait 10 minutes or more for the elevator to come. The staff from reception really rude, we asked for towells and toilet paper and ee had to buy it ourseleves because they didn't provided it to us. The playground for kids from inside is really dirty and it was a pain until they agreed to turn on the air conditioning in that room. The kids were boiled there. Basic breakfast, same thing every morning. I would not return there.

I would have given 5* if when I left I had not met with a nervous, bored and impertinent receptionist, whose attitude was in total contradiction with the hotel manager. Such people do not have to get in touch with customers. For the rest, the hotel is located next to the beach, in a quiet area with a panoramic view of the sea and the lake. The rooms are air-conditioned, equipped at 3* level. Breakfast is reasonable. For lunch and dinner we did not stay in the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area, some even very good. The price is high but the same as in the other hotels on the Romanian seaside. Be careful if you come by car, because parking spaces are insufficient. In order not to find your car blocked by dissatisfied employees or scratched by metal panels in the main entrance area, put your car in private parking near hotel, even you should pay 10 euro per day.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the bathroom was clean and the room also, altough you can clearly see that the hotel is from another time and era, I can appreciate the efforts that they are doing to keep up with the times. 5 stars because of the spectacular view by night and day.

Location is great, breakfast is also good, the view is wonderful. Room has new furniture and is clean. I found some chairs in the balcony not ok + a lot of noise night from pubs (music loud actually)

Disgusting is one way to sum up this hotel. Everything is filthy, from the elevators to our bathroom. The cleaning lady wiped off the widows near the entry facing the beach using a dirty cloth and only to the level she could reach, leaving 1/4 of the window unclean. The wallpaper was ripped off to right in front of our door only to reveal the mold underneath - advice to visitors with kids. Our room was on the 13th floor and the top portion of the balcony rail (the window bit) is wobbly and could potentially fall off with any strong gust of wind. Location is great and so was the water pressure in the shower. But I'd still give the hotel over all less than half a star. IG handle gm_visan

Booked this hotel for 2 nights only, lucky us. The swimming pool in the pics is from the abandoned next door hotel, though still wasn’t a pleasant view. Paid about £80 for 2 nights including breakfast. Not bad, though the condition the room and the hotel overall is, doesn’t deserve the money. Though is a no smocking facility, in our room there was a strong smell of smock and also old and musty. The room needed a proper clean, as can be seen in the pictures. The bed was not comfortable at all with a plastic mattress protector that made you sweat and hot. Though they advertise the rooms have AC, they don’t blow any cold air. The WiFi is the slowest ever. Surprisingly the breakfast was ok, decent selection and we had no issues. The coffee was incredibly bad and the orange and apple juice only coloured water. Front desk staff had no professionalism but full of arrogance. Restaurants staff had a good approach, though all very young and dressed as they were going to the club, probably the management should think about investing in some uniforms. Would definitely not stay here again.

The girl at front desk without a name tag was very rude and mean with my family. She behaved like she was the client not me. Very unprofessional!!! The room was ok, location good with a nice kids playground. Pizza at the restaurant came with a piece of hair in it! We got cheesecake from the house as an apology. Never book again this hotel!

The room I got is just like you can see on booking.co m it was pretty clean, except inside the drawers. It is close to the beach and you should choose a room towards south if the ones vertical to the sea are taken. The higher, the better. Time to go to dinner now. The shower needs a small element just to keep the water inside the showering area. The music is lousy, as everywhere. And too loud, including all night.

A 3 stars hotel with fresh redecorated rooms but with an unattractive exterior. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is WiFi but the signal is pretty weak. The kids zone is not a Disneyland but it does the job as a playground for kids under 10. The restaurant offers a typical Suidish buffet but for lunch and dinner the options from the menu are very limited. The main advantage is the location : just under 50 m from the beach.

Overall 3 stars, rooms nice and renovated but small, restaurant large and the kitchen is real fast but food is ok not gorgeus but ok. It is practicaly on the beach which is a good thing and has a playground inside and outside but the parking is allmost for one quarter of the people that the hotel can acomodate.

Great hotel for families, especially with small children. They have inside and outside places for children to play. Extremely close to the beach. Good breakfast, they could improve the coffee though. Clean and well kept hotel with comfortable beds. The only thing I would not recommend is their restaurant (Sago) which has bad service and the food is just okay, I would not recommend to book with your room more than breakfast for your stay there.

Hotel advertises as having air conditioning but they turn it off and refuse to let you have air conditioning in your room!!! I would not recommend! Definitely not worth the money!

Nice view. A little expensive for Roumania. Breakfast good. The room is ok.
