One of the worst hotels I've visited. Parking places are scarce. Hotel personnel not helping you. Rooms are small compared to my expectations. We were with my 2 years old daughter and they wanted to squeeze us in a tin can. Not family friendly the hotel. The communism age still is being felt. Food is tasty but not to options to choose from. This hotel es meant to take your cash only and doesn't offer quality services. For this price you can go ultra all inclusive in Turkey.

The rooms aren't the best, yet aren't the worst. They are not super fancy, and the view is poor. It has rooms only on the sides, and there are other buildings in front of the hotel. The breakfast is like a 3 star, but it's plus is that this hotel is the only one with a pool in a radius of 500 m south and 1.2 km north.

Everything is average...room quality, food, premises, pool. Not the best, not the worst...still, there is a balance between what you pay and what you receive. Some investments wouldn't hurt

The price is ok, the services provided are middle to high, I would say. The menu is not too varied.

Nice hotel, well decorated BUT in the bathroom it smells really bad. The personal great! The food is good but not so many choices.

Tidy, nice place. The pool was really really clean and I loved it. The food was tasty. But the rooms were incredibly small.

Great service, great value for money. Staff is great in dealing with customers. The food tastes better than most of the restaurants around.

It is not suited for people with disabilities. They lied when asked whether they had suitable ramps (they have but not even baby carriages can fit on them). They lied about having a parking spot for people with disabilities ( the parking lot is so small that you have to leave the keys at reception and wait about 2 hours to recover your car). I specifically requested a room at 1st floor, was promised that and got at an upper floor. The elevators don't always work. I paid full price for a room as a single and was given a room without balcony, those are their backups. The bathrooms were not very clean, found hairs on the floor. The room had issues with the locks and with the air conditioning but they solved that. The reception is not client oriented, they don't know what to do and a blonde lady has an attitude problem. They messed up my receipts and were very slow to repair their mistakes. The only all inclusive bar opens at 10 am and closes at 9 pm, it is in the garden and kind of far. The shows end after 10 pm. The food is ok, not very diverse and after a week you might get tired of it. Drinks are not diverse: Ballantines scotch, Absolut vodka, 2 Zarea vermouths, 2 types of wines, beer, pepsi branded sodas, coffee, tea and the "fresh juice" is from bottled Prigat (orange and cherries). The barman doesn't do cocktails. The inside bar offers a wide variety of drinks but you have to pay for it, same with icecream. The shows are ok, more suited for old folks. The beach is far. The beach bar is paid (a cup of beer is 7-9 lei). The lounge chairs for all inclusive clients cost 15 lei for an entire day if you leave your towels, otherwise you lose your paid spot. The pool has very limited spots but the crew picks up the towels of people who just reserve them and not use them for an hour or so. Overall not a great experience. I do not recommend.

Staff was really nice and the food was good also the best pool I have ever seen in Mamaia but the rooms were kinda small and I got some problems with the AC because the remote wasn't working properly. The furmiture is old.

We were sitting in the front garden, and in the back garden they had live music which was so loud we were not able to hear each other, even though it was relatively far. The service was slow
