It is our second time in Mamaia and we went at the same place because the location and facilities are of a good value for us. The beach is fine, this year unfortunately the authorities brought more sand with broken shells and that makes the beach a bit uncomfortable. The building has some of the rooms faced to the sea and you can see the sunrise from the living room and bedroom or balcony depending on the room you book. That is the thing we loved the most, besides that there is a greek restaurant there where you can serve meals and some drinks, the food is good(not a very rich menu though) and the lemonades the same :) (yummy). There is a private parking lot near the building and it is easy to get around with a personal car or by public transportation because there are bus stations nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy but can be refreshed a bit with new paintings/doors/bathroom utilities etc. because some of those look a bit used. All in all we've had a great time there with our son and we will be back when we will visit Mamaia again.

Cheap construction of the building

Casual place on the sea side. Position is excellent, on the limit the beach. Rooms are quite spacious and fully equiped but some elemets could do with a replacement (shower, sink etc). Parking is conveniently close and you can enjoy a nice restaurant on the beach.

We had very good time over there. Very clean, people very kind but was a small problem. The AC wasn't fixed during those 5 days we spent in there.

Pros : Perfect location, very nice rooms! Cons : A bit noisy in the summer because of the Greek restaurant downstairs. 5 stars nevertheless, it was totally worth it, we will most likely visit again!

Loud noise all night long during weekends. My 9 yo couldn’t sleep at all. Run out of hygienic paper few times. Not enough towels for shower.
