Noisy over price hotel located directly on the black sea, right next door to Princess Summerland night club, the music starts from 9pm - 7 am. You will never get sleep at this hotel. The air conditioning does not work in the rooms. The owners of the hotel would lower the electrical voltage going to the rooms causing the a.c. to not work. I will never comeback to this hotel, it is super noisy and air conditioning does not work, mosquitos in my room and mold in bathroom. Broken elevator on the Last day. A 2 star hotel at a 4 star price.

The only good thing about this hotel is the cleanliness. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. 1/ it is located on the beach right next to a club, and the music keeps going until 3am. Even with the windows closed, it's like trying to sleep in the cloakroom of a nightclub. 2/ the AC in the room I was in was entirely useless, not even as a fan, let alone to cool down the room. At midnight the temperature outside was 26 C and in the room 32 C. And due to the music, opening a window is not an option. I complained about it at reception, they said there is nothing that can be done about the AC. 3/ the WiFi does not work in the rooms, only at reception, and this is not acceptable for a so called 4 star hotel. 4/ the breakfast is good. Overall, of you want a restful, cool room for your holiday, do not book at Prestige hotel in Mamaia.

The only good things are the friendly staff and the good location on the beach. Rooms are quite dirty, bathrooms smell bad because of the sinks, mattresses are old and lumpy. The hotel was probably rated 4 stars some time ago because you can still see the fourth star masked with red paint after the downgrade. The breakfast is poor and low cost.

Restaurant: Nice view, friendly personal, but food was very average and value for money poor.

Friends stayed here and we visited. The room was the wrong room and basically they received a worse room than the one paid for. The room was dirty and the personnel were unpleasant to say the least. For the money it costs it is the worst experience possible. They tried to compensate for the experience with a few drinks
