Avoid!
Avoid!
Avoid!
An
absolute
terrible
experience
and
even
more
unbelievable,
it
was
with
the
actual
"hotel"
manager.
The
firm
that
I
work
for,
had
one
of
the
conference
rooms
booked
for
4
weeks
in
advance,
on
the
first
floor
(the
lift
only
works
from
the
ground
floor
and
the
first
stop
is
3rd
floor)
so
every
participant
to
the
meetings
(vast
majority
elderly
people)
had
to
climb
2
sets
of
stairs
to
get
to
the
room.
The
room
is
very
small
so
in
a
very
hot
summer
day
if
you
use
the
air
conditioner
can
be
very
unpleasant
as
the
machine
is
too
close.
And
now
I'll
get
to
the
most
unpleasant
moment...
I
came
into
the
car
park
one
morning
and
one
of
the
cars
parked
quite
at
the
entrance,
was
almost
blocking
about
3
quarters
of
the
car
park,
I
managed
to
squize
through
(with
help
from
a
bystander).
As
I
went
in,
outside,
having
a
cigarette,
was
the
hotel
manageress
so
I
have
mentioned
about
the
car
that
was
reprezenting
a
danger
to
the
cars
that
were
going
to
try
to
get
in
the
car
park
but
even
more
to
the
ones
that
were
going
to
have
to
leave.
(obviously
I
thought
they
have
done
the
common
sense
thing
of
taking
the
registration
number
of
any
car
that
parks
in
their
car
park).
The
manageress's
reaction,
sitting
down
and
puffing
away
from
her
tasty
cigarette,
was
:
"
Are
you
going
to
tell
me
how
to
manage
my
own
car
park?"
My
next
fraze
was
:
"Sorry,
I
was
just
making
an
observation,
and
a
suggestion
to
eliminate
a
possible
accident".
The
puffing
manageress
continued
"
You
should
be
grateful
that
I
am
not
ordering
you
to
remove
your
cars
from
the
car
park,
and
cancel
your
contract!
"
My
reply
was
:
"That
is
a
very
good
customer
service
technique!"...
and
I
turned
to
go
and
remove
my
car
from
the
car
park...
Obviously,
affected
by
my
ironic
remark
or
maybe
by
the
nicotine
rush,
she
said
:
"
OK
that's
it!
I
am
going
to
cancel
your
contract,
you
are
not
telling
me
how
to
do
my
job!
"
Conclude
by
saying
that,
although
the
customer
service
in
Romania
is
very
poor,
I
have
never
been
treated
with
more
disrespect
by
anybody
in
my
entire
life...
I
will
never
set
foot
anywhere
near
this
hotel.
I
hope
that
my
patience
and
time
consumption
to
write
this
long
experience
will
help
you
in
making
the
right
decision
in
the
future,
I
don't
have
the
"no
stars
option,
hence
the
1*.
