This is a nourishing spot regardless the crowd - it's for the young families, for the exhausted, for the workoholic, for those reaching their burnout point & desperate to recharge their batteries, for those in the search for some inspiration, away from the regular city landscape. Nayino has the right balance between discretion and mingling with lovely people. It's close to the beach, but offers a lovely pool space if you prefer peaceful and quiet. The sleek room design and amenities, the quality of the bed linen & the generous bathrobes, the nicely groomed outdoor landscape, the mouth-watering food always with an extra charm layer for the retina, the very well trained staff, every single detail of this place has been crafted with a lovely guest experience in mind. Deeply grateful for the energy of the place and the way I feel every single time I am leaving it: refreshed, restored, happy & ready for the world once again.

An excellent place for families with kids. The accommodation, yard, and pool are clean, and the personnel is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend. To improve: shower glass to be wider.

Bad experience in the restaurant: Cold Hamburger was served, when I mentioned it to the staff they took it and brought the same burger back heated, Different beer was on the bill, not the one I served.There was no manager available to talk with about the situation, however the staff promised that they will pass my complaint to the manager and he/she will contact me about the situation… didn’t happen. The accommodation’s bathroom was not clean(see pictures).

The most baby friendly hotel I've stayed from the entire Romanian seaside. Clean, excelent staff, good food, nice pool (separate pool for little kids also). 5 minutes walking distance to the beach

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Polite staff, excellent room, regular cleaning of the room, a good choice of breakfasts and a varied menu for lunch and dinner, private covered parking. Outdoor swimming pool with water accessories for children. Bicycles, hammocks, sunbeds, a children's trampoline and a children's room from small to adults are available for guests. On weekends live music in the restaurant with a wonderful singer. This is a real holiday. The road to the sea is only 3 minutes. In general, the feeling that they thought about everything instead of me!

Best resort in Mamaia Nord -Năvodari.Ionela & Ștefan R by far the best waiters .they pay attention at everything 2make your stay a pleasant one.Nicu Yanus, the manager of the resort is the friendliest staff ever met.

The staff is young and very friendly and polite, open to assist with everything. We had our 10 month daughter with us and the environment for toddlers & babies is very suitable.

We have just spent 3 nights at the Nayino hotel and have enjoyed every minute. The room is spacious, the pool area it’s amazing and the breakfast/restaurant food was delicious. From the moment we arrived, the staff showned a great customer oriented approach, they were courteous and helpful. The beach it’s really close, 2 minutes walking distance. We will definetly return here next summer

Super profi stuff, very good food and super clean rooms

The hotel is clean large rooms high ceiling, restaurant is slow but the food is ok.

Perfect resort for families with children, service is outstanding, the food is great and the rooms are clean and spacious. Some evenings with great music in the background and as I remember, some tematic parties also going on. Not too much distance to the beach so you can choose where to spend your day out.

Very good service, excellent cuisine (do not miss mussels and mackerel brine!) and personally as I have not seen in a long time. I warmly recommend it, especially for those with children: swimming pool, playgrounds, special menus for the little ones. I had a great time, and I'm sure I'll go again.
